Country sketches. Rapids

[by Javier de Blas in La Rioja, Spain]  When you draw moving things, I guess you need to use your memory more than your eye to describe all you see in that changing situation, but I rebel on this. I like watching while I draw, so movement comes into my body and I can´t relax enough to precisely describe the still things around the moving subject. This was what happened in those two sketches I made of the river Iregua in Sierra Cebollera.
