Hong Kong!

[Veronica Lawlor, New York City] Just returned from a whirlwind trip to Hong Kong - what a fabulous city! I was there demonstrating the Mental Canvas drawing software at a Microsoft Surface event, but had a few wonderful days of drawing the city after the event was over. Even though it rained much of the time (hello, typhoon?) I was happy to grab a few scenes in between the drops. This is a drawing of the Ladies Market on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong - a spot recommended to me by Rob Sketcherman. He and Alvin Wong and the rest of the Hong Kong urban sketchers treated me like family while I was there - and I never ate so much good food in my life! Many thanks to all of them, and I'll post a few more drawings when I can get them scanned. :)
