Symposium day 4: last workshops, international Sketchcrawl and closing party

Three days are already gone, but many thing will occur on this last day of symposium.

I still have 4 workshops to document this morning in only 3 hours. Fortunately they are almost in the same area.

First is Lynne Chapman's. Her approach is to have a lot of fun with colors but always in rythm.

With Suhita Shirodkar the aim was to sketch some of the people all around Cloud Gate in order to tell stories. Really exciting.

The weather was already hot at eleven thirty when I joined the workshop  Simo Capecchi. But sketching kids running and splashing in the water of crown fountain has been a real refreshment.

The last group that I had to visit was situated under Michigan avenue bridge. People were working on the riverwalk with Stephanie Bower laying it on the line.

In the afternoon, like in many cities in the world, we all (more than 500) partipate to the Sketchcrawl. Before to go on the hill of the horse riding general statue...

...and take the big final photo, even from a drone.

Back to the hub, the closing party allows everyone one to meet a last time at the sound of a jazz trio. The Chicago team of organizers and volunteers, have done a fantastic work to welcome us and make everything go well.

At the end of the show Amber Sausen, the president and Pat Zonys, leader of the Chicago symposium have officially announced the next host and pass the baton to Nelson Paciencia from... Porto.
