Maryland Judge Orders Investigation Of Hillary Clinton’s Email-Deleting Lawyers

"I just think this is a rather easy decision at this point.
By Tracy Mastaler
Just a day before former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to begin a tour to promote her latest book, a Maryland judge ordered the state bar to launch an investigation of three attorneys who assisted her in deleting private emails from the personal server she maintained at her New York home to conduct official business during her tenure at the State Department.
The alleged transgressions of David E. Kendall, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were called “egregious” on Monday by Circuit Judge Paul F. Harris Jr., who overruled objections from attorneys representing Maryland and contended that the state bar could not brush the allegations aside by labeling them as “frivolous.”
Kendall, Mills and Samuelson are licensed to practice in Maryland and could face professional sanctions if the commission determines that they engaged in misconduct.
Texas attorney Ty Clevenger filed the complaint, which alleges that the three lawyers deleted thousands of emails from Clinton’s private server that were sent or received while she served as secretary of state, essentially destroying evidence. Clevenger is pursuing sanctions against Clinton and seeking to have Kendall, Mills and Samuelson disbarred in Maryland.
According to Clevenger, who has filed corruption accusations against Republicans and Democrats and is writing a book on political corruption, the Clinton email scandal is a case study of politically affiliated attorneys receiving preferential treatment.
Complaints filed by Clevenger have been denied by federal courts and bar associations in Arkansas and Washington, D.C.
“There are allegations of destroying evidence,” Judge Harris said at a brief hearing Monday regarding Clevenger’s complaint filed in Maryland.
Harris noted that Maryland’s rules require the bar to conduct investigations regardless of who raises the complaint, and said that Clevenger’s request “appears to have merit.”
The decision will prompt an investigation by the state of Maryland which will seek a response from the accused attorneys.
In 2016, Maryland’s Attorney Grievance Commission argued against a hearing for Clevenger’s complaint, claiming that he had “no personal knowledge of the allegations” so no investigation was required.

During Monday’s hearing, Assistant Attorney General Alexis Rhode represented the Grievance Commission and the Office of Bar Counsel and said that they have already determined that Clevenger’s complaint is “frivolous.” Rhode cited confidentiality rules as the reason she could not explain their decision.
“Because all these complaints are confidential, I’m unable to put that before the court,” Rohde said.
Rejecting Rhode’s stance, Judge Harris said this represented the first time the commission had used the term “frivolous” to explain its decision, and insisted that the rules made it clear that the commission must open an investigation.
“I just think this is a rather easy decision at this point,” he said. “The court is ordering bar counsel to investigate.”

U.S. Military Takes Additional Measures To Thwart Iranian Takeover Of Iraqi-Syrian Border Region

"If the regime wants a confrontation..."
Several days after Maj. Gen. Yair Golan, a former deputy chief of staff for the Israeli Defense Forces, warned Israel alone wouldn’t be able to confront Iran over its aggressive imperialistic and hegemonistic activities in Syria and Iraq, the United States appears to be gearing to attempt to block Iran from carving out a land corridor from Tehran to Damascus.
As Western Journalism reported last week, the Trump administration only has two options left to thwart Iran’s imperialistic drive in Iraq and Syria. One is to support Israeli military interventions in Syria, while the other is to seal off the Syrian-Iraqi border.
The latter appears to be the goal of two head-turning moves that were initiated over the weekend by the U.S. military and its ally, the Syrian Democratic Forces, the Kurdish-dominated and U.S.-backed fighting force that has been highly successful in the battle against the Islamic State in Syria.
After the Russian-Iranian backed coalition that supports Syrian President Bashar al-Assad set its sights on the oil-rich eastern Deir ez-Zur province last month, then broke a three-year-old ISIS siege on the airport and the city of Deir ez-Zur over the weekend, the 150-soldiers strong American contingent at the al-Tanf base near the Syrian Iraqi border became increasingly isolated.
It was clear that without quick reinforcements, the U.S. would lose control over the Iraqi-Syrian border, clearing the way for Iranian dominance in the strategically important border region.
So here’s what happened over the weekend.
The Turkish-based Anadolu Agency reported on its website that U.S. soldiers were amassing in northern Iraq to officially to liberate the oil-rich Kirkuk district from the Islamic State.
“Large concentrations of U.S. troops have arrived in the al-Qaraj area some 90 kilometers southeast of Mosul,” Younis Kuran, an officer of the Kurdish Peshmerga militia, told the Anadolu news agency.
The U.S. forces are armed with smart artillery batteries and are preparing to shell ISIS positions in Kirkuk, the Peshmerga officer said.
Kirkuk is located to the east of Mosul, not far from the Iranian border, while most of the region is in the hands of the Kurdish-Peshmerga militia.
U.S. control over southern Kirkuk would effectively hamper the Iranian effort to carve out the land corridor from the Iranian border to the Syrian Golan Heights.
In Syria, meanwhile, the U.S.-led anti-ISIS coalition appeared to be heeding advice given by analyst Jennifer Dyer of Liberty Unyielding.
Dyer claimed that a deal made by Hezbollah, Iran and Syria with the Islamic State over a ceasefire in the Lebanese-Syrian border region that resulted in the transfer of more than 308 ISIS terrorists and their families to the Deir ez-Zur province was meant to tie the hands of the U.S.-backed rebels in Deir ez-Zur.
That way, Iran would make it much harder for the U.S.-backed anti-ISIS coalition to retain control over the Syrian Iraqi border.
“We either win the fight for Deir ez-Zor for the U.S. Coalition, and bolster Iraq’s independence on the other side of the border, or Iran gets her land bridge,” Dyer warned last week.
The U.S. military in Syria did two things to thwart the Iranian plans involving Deir ez-Zur, which was scheduled to become part of the land bridge between Iran and its proxies in Syria and Lebanon.
First, it bombed the road and a bridge near the town of Abu Kamal near the Iraqi border, effectively blocking the convoy from proceeding in the direction of Deir ez-Zur, where it would have emboldened the local ISIS forces.
The second measure became visible this weekend when Voice of America reported an imminent offensive by the SDF in Deir ez-Zur with the goal of preventing an Iranian takeover of the Iraqi Syrian border.
“U.S.-backed Syrian fighters are preparing an offensive against the Islamic State group in eastern Syria along the border with Iraq in a race with government forces marching in the same direction against the extremists in their last major holdout in Syria,” VOA reported, while adding that the move is primarily directed at the Islamic State but will have consequences for the future of “regional dynamics.”
“The race to reach the Iraqi border will also shape future regional dynamics, determining whether the United States or Russia and Iran will have more influence in the strategic area once the extremist group is defeated,” according to VOA.
The upcoming SDF offensive holds the risk of a direct confrontation between the pro-Assad coalition and the U.S.-led anti-ISIS coalition, since both parties realize the importance of control over Deir ez-Zur.
Ahmed Abu Khawla, the local SDF commander, said his army of 4,000 men will respond to any provocation from the pro-Assad coalition.
“If the regime wants a confrontation or directs one bullet at us we will respond,” Khawla told The Associated Press, while adding that the U.S.-led coalition is aware that the overarching goal in Deir ez-Zur is control over the Iraqi-Syrian border.

McCain Makes Shock Health Announcement

Benjamin Welton

Longtime American senator and Vietnam War veteran, John McCain, has been dealing with brain cancer for months. Recently, Senator McCain released a dour health assessment.

According to Politico, McCain said, “I’m facing a challenge… But I’ve faced other challenges, and I’m very confident about getting through this one as well.”McCain further added on Sunday “You know, every life has to end one way or another.”
McCain’s comments came during his first on-air interview since his diagnosis in July.
McCain’s type of brain cancer is called glioblastoma. Glioblastomas (GBM) are aggressive, malignant tumors that stem from astrocytes. These star-shaped cells are so dangerous because they “glue” themselves to the supportive tissues of brain.

The survival rate for this type of cancer is thirty-percent. Given Senator McCain’s age, the survival rate is even lower.

Recently, Senator McCain underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments. He is also scheduled for magnetic resonance imagining testing this week. This test is designed to see the growth or decline of the tumor and/or malignant cells.

McCain has remained surprisingly upbeat through this ordeal. He told CNN’s Jake Tapper, “Everything so far has gone very, very well, and I’m very grateful… I’ve had no side effects, no nothing, except, frankly, an increased level of energy.”

McCain however does not want to paint a “rosy picture.” There is still a very large chance that this tumor could kill Senator McCain.
The last time Mr. McCain was in the public eye was during his shocking vote with the Democrats in order to tank a repeal-only version of Obamacare. In July, Senator McCain explained his vote by saying that one of his biggest problems with the original Obamacare bill was that it passed without Republican votes or even a serious debate in Congress.

For years, McCain had styled himself as an ardent opponent of Obamacare. In 2015, he joined other Republican lawmakers in a call to repeal the bill entirely. It seems that a lot has changed in two years.

Mr. McCain is probably best known for his time as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam. For five-and-a-half years, U.S. Navy officer and pilot John McCain was tortured by his communist jailers. This experience has left Mr. McCain with lasting damage to his arms and shoulders.

In 2008, Senator McCain ran for president against a novice and junior senator from Illinois named Barack Obama. This election was not only the debut of Mr. Obama on the national stage, but it also introduced the world to Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. In November of that year, Obama won in a landslide victory.

We here at Christian News Alerts wish Mr. McCain nothing but the best. While we disagree with him politically, we do not wish death or suffering on anybody. We will keep Mr. McCain in our thoughts and prayers during his hour of need. This is a man who fought for our country, and now needs our support.

All Americans, regardless of politics, should similarly bow their heads in prayer on behalf of Mr. McCain, his friends, and his family.

RINO Senators Were In A Panic After Receiving The Worst News Of Their Lives

Donald Trump isn’t just fighting the Democrats to pass his agenda.

RINO Senators are blocking his efforts to repeal Obamacare and build the wall.

But these backstabbing traitors just got the worst news of their lives.
Former Trump Chief Strategist Steve Bannon has been meeting with primary challengers to incumbent Republican senators.
He’s looking to back pro-Trump candidates to take down RINOs who betrayed Trump and the GOP voters who sent them to Washington.
Bannon has already endorsed Judge Roy Moore in the Alabama senate runoff.
And polls show Moore is poised to defeat Luther Strange, the Mitch McConnell backed incumbent.
Bannon has also met with Danny Tarkanian, who is going up against Nevada’s Dean Heller as well as Dr. Kelli Ward who is challenging #NeverTrump deadender Jeff Flake.
But Bannon and other Trump allies are also looking at challengers for Tennessee’s Bob Corker and Mississippi’s Roger Wicker.
Politico reports:
“THE ANTI-INCUMBENT EFFORT COULD DRAMATICALLY RESHAPE THE 2018 PRIMARY LANDSCAPE IF IT MATERIALIZES. IT WOULD PIT A GROUP OF PRO-TRUMP PRIMARY CHALLENGERS AGAINST SITTING LAWMAKERS WHO ARE PERCEIVED AS MORE MAINSTREAM.
TWO OTHER SENATORS COULD COME UNDER ATTACK. BEHIND THE SCENES, BANNON HAS PROPOSED THE POSSIBILITY OF TARGETING TENNESSEE SEN. BOB CORKER, AND THOSE CLOSE TO THE FORMER TRUMP CHIEF STRATEGIST ARE TALKING ABOUT THE PROSPECT OF A CHALLENGE TO MISSISSIPPI SEN. ROGER WICKER.
CORKER HAD LONG BEEN CONSIDERED A TRUMP ALLY AND HAD BEEN IN THE MIX TO BECOME SECRETARY OF STATE, BUT HAS SINCE ANGERED THE PRESIDENT’S SUPPORTERS WITH RECENT COMMENTS IN WHICH HE QUESTIONED TRUMP’S COMPETENCE. SHORTLY AFTER BANNON LEFT THE WHITE HOUSE AND RETURNED TO BREITBART LAST MONTH, THE SITE PUBLISHED A STORY PROMOTING A POTENTIAL CORKER CHALLENGER, STATE SEN. MARK GREEN. THE SITE HAS ALSO HYPED THE POSSIBILITY THAT STATE SEN. CHRIS MCDANIEL, A TEA PARTY FAVORITE, WILL TAKE ON WICKER.”
Opposing Trump has proven to be poison for RINO Senators.
In addition to polls showing Ward leading Flake, a JMC Analytics poll found Tarkanian with an 8 point leader over Heller.
These poll numbers have spooked other establishment Republicans and have at least one of the Trump allies’ targets contemplating retirement.
Politico reports Corker is considering retirement:
“REPUBLICANS CLOSE TO CORKER SAID HE IS LEGITIMATELY ON THE FENCE ABOUT RUNNING AGAIN. THE 65-YEAR-OLD FORMER BUSINESSMAN AND MAYOR OF CHATTANOOGA IS WEIGHING HOW MUCH OF AN IMPACT HE COULD MAKE IN A THIRD TERM VERSUS WHAT HE COULD ACCOMPLISH OUTSIDE THE CAPITOL.
HE’S ALSO CONSIDERING WHETHER TO MAKE WHAT IS ESSENTIALLY A SEVEN-YEAR COMMITMENT TO THE CHAMBER, INCLUDING WHAT WOULD BE A YEARLONG BATTLE TO KEEP HIS SEAT. WHILE TENNESSEE IS A DEEP RED STATE, THE DEAL-MAKING CORKER IS LIKELY TO FACE A PRIMARY CHALLENGE IF HE RUNS FOR REELECTION.
“AFTER SPENDING A LIFETIME IN BUSINESS, I RAN FOR MAYOR OF CHATTANOOGA AS A CIVIC ENDEAVOR, AND I CONTINUE TO DO WHAT I DO BECAUSE I WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE IN PUBLIC SERVICE. THAT APPROACH ALLOWS ME TO TRULY THROW MYSELF INTO THE JOB AND MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON WHAT I BELIEVE IS BEST FOR TENNESSEE AND OUR COUNTRY WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT THE NEXT ELECTION OR THE NEXT POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY,” CORKER SAID.”
Republican voters are sending a clear message – if you want to stay in office you must support Trump’s agenda.

Libs Cry About DACA, But Here’s the Real Average Age of These “Kids”

BY KIMBERLY J SMITH

Liberals and the mainstream media have done their best to paint President Donald Trump’s decision to formally end President Barack Obama’s amnesty for some 800,000 immigrants living in the country illegally as heartless, but what they won’t be discussing any time soon is the the average age of those “kids.”
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, has allowed many immigrants, some who arrived in the country in 1990s, to obtain work permits.
According to a results of an online questionnaire given to DACA recipients, the average age of these “children” is 25, with some recipients being as old as 35.
The online study, conducted by associate professor of political science at the University of California Tom K. Wong, examined everything from age to education levels among recipients.
Liberals have called Trump’s decision cruel and heartless, and have even made the outrageous claim that ending the program furthered the president’s alleged “white supremacist agenda.”
Considering the volume of hate that’s been directed at the Trump White House, the claim isn’t surprising, but it’s simply not true.
The decision wasn’t an easy one.
“This administration’s decision to terminate DACA was not taken lightly. The Department of Justice has carefully evaluated the program’s constitutionality and determined it conflicts with our existing immigration laws,” acting Homeland Security Secretary Elaine Duke said in a news release, ABC News reported.
DACA not only conflicts with immigration laws, but its recipients are not kids — not by a long shot.

During an interview on Fox News on Monday, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach argued that DACA recipients “are not children” and explained that if the left is concerned about the cancellation of the program splitting up families, the illegal alien parents could also go back with their so-called children.
That’s putting it bluntly, but sometimes being blunt is the only way to cut through the baloney that liberals serve up on a daily basis.

Yes, Trump Is An 'Independent' President. That's Nothing New. Here's What IS New.

September 11, 2017
After President Trump’s shocking move last week in greenlighting a debt ceiling increase, a budget extension, and unfunded Hurricane Harvey relief with the help of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the media responded with congratulatory plaudits. “Bound to No Party, Trump Upends 150 Years of Two-Party Rule,” trumpeted The New York Times. “Yes, Trump is an ‘independent,’” celebrated Vox.com’s Hans Noel.
This has set off a response among leftists desperate to prove that Trump is not, in fact, an independent – that might separate his perceived toxicity from conservatives more generally. Thus, Salon.com ran a piece titled, “Now Trump is an ‘independent’ president? Give us a break.” Zach Beauchamp argued the same thing at Vox.com to counter his own site’s editorial from Noel.
So, is Trump an independent?
Of course he is. He always has been. He was never conservative. He said so openly. He was a third party candidate who ran within one of the two major parties. That is neither unprecedented nor even unique. President Nixon was widely perceived as a maverick independent by his second term, when he had instituted price and wage controls, expanded the government bureaucracy, and opened China. President Clinton was seen as an “independent” willing to cut deals with Republicans. Eisenhower was seen the same way – as he should have been, considering that the Democrats reportedly wanted to offer him the lead on their ticket in 1947. John McCain ran as a “maverick” willing to deal across party lines, and flirted with nominating Democrat Joe Lieberman as his running mate.
It’s not odd to see a president touted as “independent” from his party. It is odd to see his own party celebrate it.
Parties are meant to tack down politicians to a program. Freewheeling politicians can abandon the priorities they promised (as Ann Coulter has repeatedly lamented regarding immigration). Now, it would be one thing if that freewheeling politician were bringing some sort of ideological accountability to the party he heads. But that’s not what Trump is doing here: he just cut a deal that would have led to hue and cry had the president’s name been Jeb! Bush instead of Donald Trump.
All of which goes to show that attitude matters more than policy for many American voters. To Trump, the attraction of Democratic praise is catnip: he reportedly called Schumer and Pelosi to crow over the media coverage of his total surrender to their priorities. And yet Trump loyalists continue to maintain that the move was pure Trump, a salvo in his ongoing civil war with the “establishment.” This is utterly incoherent. If you’re going to celebrate the “independent” president because the Republicans need a comeuppance, there’s an easy way to do it: vote Democrat. But if you care about policy one iota, Trump only ought to be celebrated for bucking Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConell (R-KY) when they are insufficiently conservative, not just as general rule.
But that’s not what’s happening. Many on the right are celebrating Trump slapping Ryan and McConnell. Not on principle. Just because FIGHTING! and KILL THE ESTABLISHMENT RAARGH! and DRAIN THE SWAMP! That seems to be the attitude of Breitbart News chairman Steve Bannon, who simultaneously declared war on Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) in his interview on 60 Minutes, and yet lamented the possibility of a civil war inside the party over the rollback of President Obama’s executive amnesty. You can’t have it both ways. Either you want the war on conservative grounds or you want it on anti-conservative grounds.
Unless you think Trump’s independence is actually ideological. That’s what Bannon seems to think – that Trump is fighting for a new philosophy of big government spending, isolationist foreign policy, border hawkishness. If so, he’s going to have a hard time convincing Trump, who seems not to care, or his most ardent followers, who seem more inclined to fight a #WAR to no purpose than to fight one on behalf of a newfangled Bannon philosophical vintage shoehorned into the old Trump bottle. Bannon won’t be the one to hold Trump accountable. Trump’s the dog now, and Bannonism is the tail.
Which means that we’re looking at the possibility of a full-on collapse the Republican Party. It’s not difficult to foresee a scenario where Trump blows himself up so badly that the Republican Party dumps him – and in order to slap at the Republican Party, he runs third party and takes half the party with him. Teddy Roosevelt did that. Why shouldn’t Trump?
Those followers who cheer Trump now against Ryan and McConnell, no matter what the grounds – good or bad – just want the war. And some of them don’t seem to care which issue ignites it. That’s the difference between Trump’s independence and that of past presidents. There is no anchor holding Trump down. Trump is a balloon threatening to fly away with whomever is emotionally tethered to him.

National Pro-Life Leaders Warn Republicans on Planned Parenthood Funding

BY SHANE VANDER HART

Photo credit: Martin Jacobsen (CC-By-SA 3.0)
Ten national pro-life leaders sent Republican members of Congress a warning about Planned Parenthood funding in the 2017 reconciliation bill – “it is well past time” to keep their campaign promises to defund Planned Parenthood.
The warning came in the form of a letter that was transmitted to Republicans and signed by signed by Marjorie Dannenfelser, President of Susan B. Anthony List, Penny Young Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America LAC, Kristan Hawkins, President of Students for Life, Jeanne Mancini, President of March for Life Education and Defense Fund, Lila Rose, President and Founder of Live Action, Tony Perkins, President of Family Research Council, Catherine Glenn Foster, President & CEO of Americans United for Life, Paul Weber, President & CEO of Family Policy Alliance, Gary L. Bauer, President of American Values, and Russell Moore, President of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention.
The letter reads:
This Republican Pro-life Congress made a promise to American voters to stop taxpayer funding for the largest abortion chain in the nation, Planned Parenthood. It is now well past time to deliver on that promise.
In the prior Congress, legislation to stop Medicaid funding to the abortion behemoth was sent to the President’s desk and vetoed by then-President Obama. Excited by this clear proof that a defunding bill could reach the Oval Office, the American people responded by sending President Trump, who pledged to sign legislation to defund Planned Parenthood, to the White House. However, eight months since his inauguration, the Congress has failed to send President Trump a bill redirecting Planned Parenthood funding to alternative providers.
While many important pro-life legislative initiatives face the hurdle of requiring a supermajority to avoid a filibuster in the Senate, it only takes a simple majority to stop taxpayer subsidies to Planned Parenthood through a Budget Reconciliation bill which cannot be filibustered. The pro-life majority that now controls both chambers of Congress and the White House must pass a reconciliation bill stopping the vast majority of federal funding for Planned Parenthood. Doing anything less brings into question whether this Congress can truly be called the Pro-life Congress. Rhetoric must be translated into law.
We urge you to revisit the FY2017 Reconciliation bill immediately and find consensus on a bill that takes Planned Parenthood off the federal Medicaid dole and offers women comprehensive alternatives. Whether that is a broad pro-life healthcare reform package or a narrower bill is up to the Congress to determine, but giving up is not why the voters sent pro-life Republicans to Congress. Should robust efforts on the FY2017 Reconciliation bill run out of time, then the fight to defund Planned Parenthood must move immediately to the FY2018 Reconciliation bill.
Let there be no mistake about it: Planned Parenthood is big abortion. A recent Charlotte Lozier Institute paper, Planned Parenthood: “Irreplaceable” and “Lifesaving”? found that Planned Parenthood dominates the abortion market carrying out over 35% of all abortions in America. This statistic stands in stark contrast to their roughly 1% market share of HIV tests and Pap tests.
Planned Parenthood self-reports taking the innocent lives of 328,348 unborn children last year and similar numbers in previous years. That is 900 lives snuffed out before their first breath every single day by a single taxpayer-funded abortion chain. This tragedy is compounded every day that passes with inaction.
The time for results is now. Lives depend on your leadership and action.

Paul Ryan Eats His Words With Latest Trump Attack

Since the election of Donald Trump, Paul Ryan has distanced himself from the conservative base that originally elected him by constantly attacking the President.

His attacks on the President have only gotten worse and worse.

And now his own words are coming back to bite him in a way you will have to see to believe.

Trump’s rescindment of DACA was a joyous occasion for anyone who believes in law and order.

Former President Obama overstepped his bounds by passing what is effectively amnesty for many illegal immigrants through executive action.
At the time, most Republicans were in an uproar, demanding its immediate rescindment.

Among those Republicans was Paul Ryan.

In an interview with Sean Hannity, the now Speaker of the House stated DACA is “blatantly unconstitutional.”
Paul Ryan in 2014 saying #DACA Excutive Amnesty is "Blatantly Unconstitutional"

He can NOT oppose Trump on ending it! #UnConstitutional
But when President Trump started talking about ending the program earlier this week, Speaker Ryan had a change of heart.

He quickly changed his past position and stated he doesn’t think President Trump should end DACA and that he would find a fix to preserve the program.

So as soon as a real chance to end what he called an unconstitutional program was presented, he immediately backtracked, siding with former President Obama.

As reported by CNN:
“HOUSE SPEAKER PAUL RYAN ON FRIDAY GAVE A MAJOR BOOST TO LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS TO PRESERVE PROTECTIONS FOR YOUNG UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS — AND URGED PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP TO NOT TEAR UP THE PROGRAM.
TRUMP TOLD REPORTERS FRIDAY HE WAS STILL MULLING THE DECISION. THE WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY SAID A DECISION WOULD BE ANNOUNCED TUESDAY.
RESPONDING TO A QUESTION ABOUT DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS, OR DACA, ON HIS HOMETOWN RADIO STATION WCLO IN JANESVILLE, WISCONSIN, RYAN SAID CONGRESS WAS WORKING ON A LEGISLATIVE FIX TO PRESERVE THE PROGRAM.
“I ACTUALLY DON’T THINK HE SHOULD DO THAT,” RYAN SAID OF TRUMP’S CONSIDERATION OF TERMINATING THE PROGRAM. “I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS SOMETHING THAT CONGRESS HAS TO FIX.”
RYAN’S STATEMENT OFFERS THE MOST PUBLIC SUPPORT BY ANYONE IN THE REPUBLICAN CONGRESSIONAL LEADERSHIP FOR SOME SORT OF LEGISLATION TO PROTECT THE “DREAMERS” UNDER DACA.”
As virtually any true conservative knows, despite the innocent sounding name, “Dreamers” are nothing more than illegal immigrants.

Nearly one million illegal immigrants have skirted the law using the DACA program.

President Trump saw that as a problem, and millions of Americans agreed.
The ending of DACA is another way President Trump is following through on his promise to respect the rule of law and to end illegal immigration.

But if RINOs like Paul Ryan have their way, DACA will remain in place, and millions of illegal immigrants will be given a free pass to skirt the law.

G’ day…Ciao…
Helen and Moe Lauzier
