Nickelodeon Brazil To Premiere "Papaya Bull" On Monday 2nd October 2017

Nickelodeon Brazil (Brasil) will start to premiere and show the brand-new locally produced animated series Papaya Bull on Monday 2nd October 2017 at 11h!

Papaya Bull is an animated series that tells the story of best friends Cacupé and Sócrates. However, one big difference between Cacupé and Sócrates and other best friends is that Cacupé is human and Socrates is an ox! The two live on Papaya Island, where oxen are companions who help with day-to-day activities. But Sócrates is different. Besides talking and being very intelligent, he does not like to be called an ox. The pair make for one perfectly unlikely duo - Cacupé wants to enjoy life to the fullest, but Sócrates is and full of neuroses.

Seja bem-vindo à ilha de Papaya! Um lugar isolado do mundo e cheio de tradições esquisitas, onde cada criança recebe um boizinho para ser seu melhor amigo e cuidador. Cada um dos pequenos da ilha faz par com seu bovino do momento em que nasce até a adolescência… Menos Cacupé, um garoto estrangeiro que chegou a ilha sabe-se lá como, e que depois de tanto insistir ganhou um ruminante para chamar de seu: Sócrates, um boi neurótico e contestador que sobrara por ali. E, sem querer, esse par inusitado e desajustado vai colocar em xeque todos os costumes da ilha de Papaya...

Papaya Bull is co-produced by São Paulo-based production company Birdo Studio (Cartoon Network Brasil's Oswaldo) and Santa Catarina-based animation studio 52 Animation Studio, in partnership with Boutique Filmes.
