Look What Obama Did With Social Security, This Is Nasty

Former President Barack Obama is known for doing some pretty shady things while he was in office. Some of those things are currently being investigated, and now, a new scandal has been revealed.

The Social Security Administration is one of the most crucial pillars of our economy. It ensures that people who work their entire lives can get help when they start getting older and retire, or perhaps get injured when they are younger. Obama paid out $1 billion in benefits to people who did not have a Social Security Number, according to Fox News.

Social security money was taken from taxpayers and distributed to people who were not in this country legally. Some Americans would see this as a slap in the face.

There is an easy process to apply for citizenship, and everyone who wants to live here goes through that process.

The agency did an audit, and discovered that the government’s documentation for payees, or people who receive disability or retirement on behalf of someone else who cannot manage their own benefits, was insufficient.

Thousands of people were involved with cases where they were receiving a check, and they had absolutely no social security on file. This is a prime example of the government providing handouts to people who are especially undeserving of them. In this instance, non-Americans are earning a better living than some of our elderly, our poor, our injured, and our veterans. That is disgraceful in every sense of the word.

In the last ten years, the audit revealed, the Social Security Administration paid out a total of $1 billion to 22,426 payees. According to the audit, the 22,426 people who “did not have an SSN, and SSA had not followed its policy to retain the paper application.”

This means that there are a lot of people out there capitalizing on American taxpayer dollars who don’t pay back into the system. Many people are upset about this — particularly the people who are paying taxes right this second.

The inspector general clarified, “Furthermore, unless it takes corrective action, we estimate SSA will pay about $182.5 million in benefits, annually, to representative payees who do not have an SSN or paper application supporting their selection,”

Upon further investigation, the inspector general also found out that the agency paid out about $853.1 million in benefits since 2004. This applies specifically to people who have been terminated as representative payees by the SSA.

This is causing serious concerns for American citizens and legal immigrants. The truth is, they find it insulting — particularly legal immigrants. These people worked hard to come here, and now they are getting their hard earned money taken just like everyone else.

An investigation into this issue would help to resolve the problem. If someone does not have a social security number they need to have their benefits cut off. They are not legal citizens, and therefore should not be able to reap the benefits of being a legal citizen, native or otherwise. Barack Obama needs to answer for this, because that billion dollars surely could have been used to make our country a better place.

Developing: Jerry Jones Revolts, Leads Charge to Take Down Goodell

NFL players protesting the national anthem has undoubtedly caused serious damage to the popularity of the National Football League and has also hurt the reputation of league Commissioner Roger Goodell.

In fact, the New York Post reported Sunday that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has had enough of Goodell and is leading a charge among fellow owners to derail a pending contract extension for the commissioner.

Jones has been outspoken about how he would have handled the anthem protests differently, such as threatening to bench players who behave disrespectfully. He likely has an ax to grind with Goodell because of a highly disputed six-game suspension of star Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott handed down by Goodell for player misconduct in an alleged domestic violence incident. No legal charges were ever filed against Elliott.

The Post cited an ESPN report about a Jones-led conference call Thursday involving 16 other NFL owners to discuss Goodell’s future with the league.

Aside from the obvious problem of allowing player protests during the anthem to continue unpunished while other minor infractions are routinely hammered, the owners reportedly have also taken issue with Goodell’s mishandling of recent team relocations to the Los Angeles area, as well as with domestic violence committed by players.

“You don’t get to have this many messes over the years like Roger has had and survive it,” one unnamed owner stated during the call.

It is unclear if Jones has rallied enough support among league owners to get rid of Goodell — he would need the consensus of 24 owners to terminate Goodell’s contract. It’s possible that the commissioner’s salary could be reduced or he could be forced to make broad changes to his staff and league leadership.

“We just don’t have enough problem solvers. We gotta get it right or we’re just going to let it burn,” another unnamed owner stated. “Last time I felt like this was before the 1993 (collective bargaining agreement) settlement. That was just depressing, and Paul Tagliabue and Gene (Upshaw) stepped up and saved it in a spectacular way. We don’t have that feeling right now.”

Still another unnamed league executive familiar with the call stated, “That was our recurring theme, that there’s no leadership. Everyone (in the league office) is trying to win the latest news cycle, and there’s no long-term vision. It’s just, ‘How can we minimize the bad headlines, maximize the revenue and move on to the next day?’ And there’s an increasing frustration to that approach.”

Jones himself declined to comment on the reports regarding the conference call.

It has also been reported that Jones has been holding up an expected contract extension for Goodell for at least a month, with one owner telling ESPN in September, “If not for Jerry, this deal would be done.”

“Maybe Arthur (Blank, Atlanta Falcons owner and head of the compensation committee) and that committee think they’re on track,” an owner of Goodell’s extension said. “But they have a lot more resistance than they counted on — and maybe they don’t know how the resistance is growing as we speak.”

However, CBS Sports reported that Goodell’s contract extension is already a “done deal,” for all intents and purposes, and Jones likely lacks the necessary support to oust the besieged commissioner, though there is support for other changes to the league leadership team under Goodell.

“That (ESPN) article leaves the inference that 17 want Roger out but I know most on the call may want some changes at the league staff but NOT Roger,” stated one unidentified ownership source. “Meaning they want Roger to stay but want some guys out and want more talented people brought in.”

That CBS piece reported that due to the ongoing controversies and poor public relations at the moment, an announcement about Goodell’s contract extension has been placed on hold, likely until the end of the season.

Obviously we will have to wait and see what happens as the drama continues to unfold, but one thing is certain — Roger Goodell may not be quite as entrenched in his current position as NFL commissioner as he may have once thought, and it his his own failures to adequately lead the league that have placed him in that predicament.

Obama Campaign Still Paying Fusion GPS Nearly $1 Million in August of 2017

We have heard repeatedly over the past year from Democrats and the media that then-candidate, now-President Donald Trump has ties to the Russian government and colluded with them to influence the 2016 election in his favor, claims that have yet to be proven accurate in any capacity.

Yet we recently learned — from The Washington Post of all places — that it was the Democrat National Committee and the failed campaign of Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton who funded and worked with Fusion GPS during the 2016 election, an opposition research firm with ties to Russia that commissioned a former British spy to compile the infamous and disinformation-filled “Trump dossier.”

Now it has been reported by The Federalist — citing records filed with the Federal Election Commission and documents filed in federal court — that the still-active campaign organization of former President Barack Obama, Obama for America, paid nearly $1 million around the same time to the same law firm that funneled Clinton and DNC money to Fusion GPS.

That law firm is known as Perkins Coie, and they reportedly received a payment from OFA of $98,047 in April 2016 for “legal services,” right at the same time the law firm first contracted with Fusion GPS to conduct opposition research on Trump.

Obama’s organization then made another, much larger payment to Perkins Coie in September 2016 that totaled $700,000, as well as additional smaller payments totaling $174,725 that were disbursed through August 2017.

It is worth noting that Perkins Coie attorney Marc Elias — the man at the heart of the allegations — had served as a legal counsel for Obama’s OFA previously while also simultaneously representing the DNC.

Furthermore, it should be pointed out that, in addition to the nearly $1 million received from OFA in 2016-2017, Perkins Coie also received payments in 2016 of $5.1 million from Clinton’s Hillary For America campaign as well as $5.4 million from the DNC.

It remains unclear how much of that funding, if not more, was funneled through Fusion GPS to pay dossier author Christopher Steele, and in turn those in Russia from whom he gleaned his controversial and disputed information.

Fox News reported that former Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon stated that his boss Hillary “may have known” about her campaign helping to fund the anti-Trump dossier, but another unnamed member of the campaign stated that she had no knowledge of the dossier until it was published in January by BuzzFeed.

Meanwhile, current DNC leadership officials are washing their hands of the matter, insinuating that it all occurred prior to them taking the helm, while former officials of the Democrat organization are also claiming no knowledge of the dossier as well.

Except that it is highly unlikely that none of the players involved knew what their millions of dollars funneled into Fusion GPS were paying for, a suspicion highlighted in a tweet by President Trump Monday morning.

“Report out that Obama Campaign paid $972,000 to Fusion GPS. The firm also got $12,400,000 (really?) from DNC. Nobody knows who OK’d!” tweeted Trump.

Democrats and the media have worked hard over the past year to advance the narrative that it was Trump who colluded with the Russians to interfere in and influence the election in favor of one candidate over the other, but it increasingly appears that it was the Democrats who were engaged in such unethical and potentially illegal shenanigans.

Now we know that Obama may even have had a hand in funding the dossier, which, given the allegation that the largely discredited compilation of disinformation was utilized to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign and transition team — subsequently unmasked and leaked to the media — raises entirely new questions on the depth of involvement of various top players in this sordid scheme.

5 Reasons America Will Be More Conservative, via Daniel LangArthur Schaper

 I recently discovered an article by author Daniel Lang, an incredible piece brimming with optimism for us conservatives. This quote in his article sums up his argument: “I think that the political landscape in America is going to be drifting towards conservatism for the next 20-40 years.”

Do his hopes for an American conservative ascendancy seem ideal or quixotic?

Here are his five reasons for his beliefs, and I agree with him. If all things continue as they have for the last ten months, we should to prepare for a compelling conservative pre-eminence:

1. The Federal judiciary will be more conservative

The Number One argument from Trump supporters to convince dubious fellow conservatives to vote for Trump was the United State Supreme Court. Scalia’s death had placed the court in a precarious 4-4 split between liberals and conservatives. Hillary Clinton’s appointees would have reduced the United States Constitution to a parchment of suggestions.

Trump’s nomination of Neil Gorsuch to replace Antonin Scalia have confirmed that will reshape SCOTUS with a clear and convincing constitutionalist temperament. Trump’s long list of potential judicial nominees, along with toughened resolve in the US Senate to confirm judges despite politicized filibusters, all but assure a federal judiciary that will preserve and protect conservative ideals.

2. Mass immigration (including illegal immigration) will decline

Immigrant populations tend to vote Democratic. They want government largesse, or they find more appeal from the political party playing identity politics. Political assimilation takes time, too, just like cultural assimilation. Now that immigration is declining due to enforcement and robust international economic growth, the large immigrant communities in the United States will settle down, assimilate, develop prosperous careers, lasting legacies, and commit to limited governance and self-rule.

This trend will hurt the Democratic Party in particularly and liberalism general, as they have doubled down on seeking amnesty for illegals and raising immigration levels. Now all of that is going away.

3. The next generation of voters is already conservative

Post-Millennials, or Generation Z have lived through the hard times of 9-11 and the housing crises during their formative years. They experienced the devastating policies of the Obama Administration. Secular progressive puritans in the press and in education have shoved anti-American arrogance down the throats of this younger generations. Now, they are rebelling against liberalism. They are also enjoying the opportunities of a more open, entrepreneurial economy and society, brought by conservative policies. Recent discoveries in biological sciences have made them staunchly pro-life, too.

4. Liberals are not reproducing

The sexual revolution of abject liberals and progressive leftists has ended up decimating their numbers. Christians, populists, and nationalists believe in natural marriage, biological recognition of gender, and the sanctity of life. They will continue to have children, and they will replace the liberal cohorts which are dying out of their own free, misguided will. One clear proof of this is Germany, where childless Angela Merkel’s Party had the worst showing since 1948, while the Alternative for Germany enjoyed an immense surge in numbers. Frauke Petry, their party’s leader, is a social conservative with five children.

5. Academia is going down, and with it left-wing indoctrination

Young college graduates realize that they got sold a bill of goods, with nothing to show for it but grievance and debt. All that useless theory and fantasy shoved down their throats, with the tens of thousands of dollars attached as a price tag, has woken then out of the dogmatic slumbers of subtle socialism.

Colleges are also on the brink of their own “housing" crisis. The excessive costs of a college education are turning off prospective students. Fewer kids will enroll, and the universities will have to lower costs while grappling with their overleveraged assets, including non-essential programs. This economic bubble burst in the next five years. Universities will have to shutter down operations, or shut down completely. Students will go straight into the workforce rather than take on massive debt for a worthless diploma. Nothing ensures a conservative populace than facing, embracing, and overcoming the vagaries of the real world.

Final Reflection

Daniel Lang’s analysis was thorough and engaging. Are his hopes too bullish to believe? I disagree. He provided examples which have been consistent enough to justify political and cultural projections in our favor, based on facts and discernible trends, rather than political bonhomie.

With all things considered, including a consistently conservative Trump administration and effective Congress in terms of political appointments and policy, America will not only become more conservative, but witness a dominance of center-right political victories.

Bill Clinton Connected To Massive Scandal, People Are Stunned

The Uranium One deal was approved and signed by officials throughout the Obama administration, including Clinton’s State Department. This information is leading people to ask questions about why the federal government would give Russia 20 percent of America’s uranium supply, and what, if anything, the US gained from this deal.

There are many people involved in this scandal, as discovered each day. Now, Bill Clinton’s role in all of this has come to full view. Newsweek is reporting that Bill Clinton met personally with Vladimir Putin right before the Uranium One deal was finalized.This is extremely suspicious, especially considering the fact that Clinton also received $500,000 for a speech he gave to a Kremlin-backed bank.

Just when one would think this scandal couldn’t possibly be more cut-and-dry, more evidence comes out proving the opposite. For almost a year now Americans have heard talk about collusion, but it would appear that the only people colluding with Russians are the Democrats.

It has also been uncovered that the DNC funded the efforts to create the infamous “Trump dossier,” the false-narrative hit piece allegedly based on President Donald Trump. To no one’s surprise, the top officials in the DNC are claiming they knew nothing about this transaction.

Except that isn’t true.

The DNC paid out millions of dollars via the Podesta Group, run by Tony Podesta–brother of John Podesta. This is the same John Podesta who backed Hillary Clinton as her campaign advisor. Tony worked with Russia via a former British spy, Christopher Steele, to fabricate this fake dossier.

The Uranium One deal was signed off on by various departments before it became official. One of these groups includes the State Department, which at the time was run by none other than Hillary Clinton.

So, Hillary Clinton signed off on a deal giving the Russians 20 percent of American uranium while Bill Clinton was meeting with Putin and taking insanely high-priced payouts for short speeches for Russian banks. Also, there was money being funneled into the Clinton Foundation via Russia.

One could rightfully ask why the huge amounts of money donated to the Clinton Foundation before the election had abruptly ceased now that Hillary Clinton is not the president. It’s as if she has nothing of value to offer them at this point.

One could argue that Mrs. Clinton laid the groundwork for victimhood status as she traveled from location to location on her book tour. Invariably, at each stop, she professed her innocence and declared her subjugation to victimhood at the hand of another great right-wing conspiracy.

But now, Mrs. Clinton’s influence has dried up; it is nowhere to be found. It is almost as if she realized how badly she screwed up and stopped doing interviews. Deep down, it may be possible that Hillary Clinton knew that some reporter would eventually ask her the tough questions her campaign kept them from asking before.

Where the Clintons used to be experts at spin and damage control, it appears their abilities are fading with time and the lack of public office from which to wield influence. Too much information has been revealed, and there is no hiding from it. The truth is unraveling before both Clintons’ eyes, and they may finally be held accountable for their crimes against the American people.

Mueller-Focused Evening Shows Still Haven’t Covered Bob Menendez Trial

ABC, CBS and NBC evening news shows have not reported on the corruption trial of Democratic U.S. Senator Bob Menendez at all since September 6 when the trial began. The Senator from New Jersey is charged with accepting bribes from a wealthy friend in exchange for political favors.

But the networks aren’t opposed to covering political scandals – as long as the scandal doesn’t involve their political allies. On the night of October 30 alone, these three evening news broadcasts spent a total of 33 minutes and 9 seconds combined covering the indictments handed out by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. These indictments are obviously news, but the fact that the networks could spend more than half an hour in one night on this story and not a single second in nearly two months on Menendez shows a blatant bias.

In addition, the evening news shows have spent 1,000 minutes between January 20 (Inauguration Day) and October 20 discussing Russian attempts to meddle in the U.S. election, and the potential of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

It’s not just the evening news either: the network morning shows also almost entirely skipped the Menendez scandal. NBC’s Today joined the evening shows in ignoring this story completely since the trial began, while ABC and CBS ran one story each (1 minute, 48 seconds for Good Morning America, 22 seconds for CBS This Morning).

This is the first time a sitting U.S. senator has been put on trial for corruption since 1981 (coincidentally, that case involved another New Jersey Democrat: Harrison Williams). Two other sitting United States Senators (Lindsey Graham and Cory Booker) were even called in to testify on October 30.

According to NorthJersey.com, 84 percent of likely voters in New Jersey think Menendez should resign from the Senate if convicted. That would leave it up to the currently-Republican New Jersey governor Chris Christie to replace him, potentially altering the balance of power in the Senate. But still nothing from the network evening news shows.

BREAKING: Judge halts California law forcing pro-life centers to advertise abortion

(Pregnancy Help News) — In a major victory for free speech, Riverside County Superior Court Justice Gloria C. Trask ruled late Monday that California must not force pro-life pregnancy medical clinics to post signage promoting state-covered abortions to their clients.

A permanent injunction that applies to over 200 privately funded pregnancy centers in the state that offer free alternatives to abortion. The ruling puts a stop to the state’s so-called “Reproductive FACT Act” — a 2015 law that mandated pro-life centers must post signage and inform clients about the state’s taxpayer-funded abortions and birth control through its Medi-Cal program.

“We are thrilled with Judge Trask’s ruling, which is a huge victory for free speech,” Scott Scharpen, the head administrator of “Go Mobile For Life,” a mobile ultrasound unit that serves women in Riverside County, said. “The whole notion of being compelled to share information with our patients about abortion availability, which is contrary to our mission and purpose, is fundamentally wrong.

“Lives will be saved because of this ruling.”

Pushed through on a purely party-line vote in 2015, the law has only been enforcedin one jurisdiction — the city of Los Angeles — but has served as a template for other Democrat-controlled states — including Hawaii and Connecticut — to crack down on pro-life pregnancy centers that offer free services to expectant mothers.

California’s 'freedom of mind' protection

Pro-life advocates, including Alliance Defending Freedom and National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) — who are waiting on the U.S. Supreme Court to take up a statewide appeal to the law — have argued since the bill’s inception in the State Assembly that it tramples on the constitutionally protected rights of free speech and free religious expression.

Before Monday, those arguments fell on deaf ears throughout an appeals process that including an affirmation by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals — the most frequently reversed court in the U.S.

Unlike the previous appeals, which appealed to the U.S. Constitution, Scharpen and his legal team of Tyler & Bursch, LLP and Advocates for Faith & Freedom had appealed to the court on the basis that the law violates California’s 1849 Declaration of Rights, which guarantees the “individual freedom of mind.”

In her ruling Monday, Trask agreed that the Reproductive FACT Act violates free speech protections, noting that, “compelled speech of a political or cultural nature is not the tool of a free government.”

Elsewhere in her decision, Trask wrote that if the state’s primary goal is to raise awareness as to the availability of its programs, it has several ways to do so, including public service announcements and even purchasing billboard space, “directly in front of Scharpen Foundation's clinic.”

None of those options involve running roughshod over the deeply held religious convictions held by Scharpen, who also serves as a pastor and would have been forced to speak a government message that would have left “patients with the belief they were referred to an abortion provider by that clinic,” Trask explained.

“Compelled speech must be subject to reasonable limitation,” Trask wrote. “This statute compels the clinic to speak words with which it profoundly disagrees when the State has numerous alternative methods of publishing its message. In this case, however virtuous the State’s ends, they do not justify its means.”

Next steps in the fight

While it is expected that California’s Attorney General Xavier Beccera will challenge Trask’s ruling, it remains to be seen how the decision will affect pregnancy centers’ pending appeal to the Supreme Court.

Danielle White, legal counsel for Heartbeat International — a network of pregnancy help organizations, including Scharpen’s and close to 100 more in California — said the state-level ruling will likely put the pending Supreme Court challenge into a holding pattern while Beccera fights the injunction.

Similar laws forcing pregnancy centers to post signage denigrating their own services have been struck down in New York City and Baltimore, as well as Austin (Texas) and Montgomery County (Maryland), which eventually was ordered to pay pregnancy centers $330,000 in attorney's fees.

In July, a judge in Illinois placed a statewide preliminary injunction on a 2016 law that would have forced medical professionals — including pro-life doctors, nurses and pregnancy center personnel — to refer patients to abortion businesses.

“This is such an encouraging win for free speech and for the pro-life community,” White said. “We’re praying this will be a major turning point to allow clinics like Go Mobile For Life to keep their attention on reaching women who desperately need help. Every woman should have all the information she needs to protect her child during an unexpected pregnancy, and this ruling is a great step forward to that goal.”

The fight to allow pro-life people to reach women facing an unexpected pregnancy is one that Nada Higuera, who argued the case before Judge Trask, takes personally.

As a pregnant teen, she knew where she could go for an abortion, but not where she could go for life-affirming help.

“As a young female and defender of speech, I am thrilled to know that our work is not in vain,” Higuera said. “I’ve regrettably had an abortion. And I’ve just recently experienced the incomparable joy of having a baby. I wish I would have had the opportunity to visit a pro-life clinic when I was just 16 years old and contemplating an abortion.”

Planned Parenthood Admits It’s Trying to Keep Black Babies from Being Born in a Revealing Tweet

I’ve talked a great deal about how tragic it is that abortion kills so many black babies.  

In 2014,  Alec Torres wrote in National Review about just how epidemic this problem is:

In 2012, black women in New York City aborted over 6,500 more children than they gave birth to. Data from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene shows that, among non-hispanic black women, there were 31,328 “induced terminations” to 24,758 live births, according to a CNS News report.

Hollywood actress Patricia Heaton tweeted this article, by adding: “Margaret Sanger gets her wish.”  Sanger was the founder of Planned Parenthood and actually believed in ethnic cleansing.  Heaton’s tweet caused quite the stir, but she was exactly right.  More black babies are getting killed than born in New York.  That is TERRIBLE.

Shocking, right?  Planned Parenthood is reaching out to pregnant black women with “scary statistics.”  They also put clinics in poor black neighborhoods. Conservative journalist Mark Hemingway responded beautifully:

Trump rips Schumer for visa program that let terrorist into US

Trump’s tweets come after ABC7 reported that Sayfullo Saipov, who killed eight people before being shot and captured by the NYPD, was allowed into the US from Uzbekistan using the diversity visa lottery program.

Moments later, Trump again tweeted about a former military officer on a Fox news show talking about the program.

“Senator Chuck Schumer helping to import Europes problems” said Col.Tony Shaffer. We will stop this craziness! @foxandfriends ,” the president wrote.

In a statement, Schumer slammed Trump for politicizing the issue and sowing division as the nation rallies after the terror attack just blocks away from the site of the Sept. 11 attacks.

“I have always believed and continue to believe that immigration is good for America. President Trump, instead of politicizing and dividing America, which he always seems to do at times of national tragedy, should be focusing on the real solution – anti-terrorism funding – which he proposed cutting in his most recent budget,” Schumer said in the statement. “I’m calling on the president to immediately rescind his proposed cuts to this vital anti-terrorism funding.”

Trump has come out before in favor of scrapping the lottery visa system in favor of a merit-based admission process.

The program makes available up to 50,000 visas each year to people “drawn from random selection among all entries to individuals who are from countries with low rates of immigration” to the US, the US. Citizen and Immigration Services website says.

Schumer was a sponsor of the legislation in 1990.
