Judge Jeanine to McCabe: Quit Claiming ‘Victim Status’ — You Should Have Been Taken Out in Handcuffs
by TRENT BAKER

During her Saturday opening statement on Fox News Channel’s “Justice,” Jeanine Pirro blasted former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe for claiming “victim status” in his firing.
McCabe claimed his dismissal was an attempt to undermine special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.
Pirro argued that McCabe should have been fired a long time ago and that he should have been taken out in handcuffs for lying under oath.
“Andy, I don’t know how to break this to you, but the only reason you are even in the news is because you’re a liar,” stated Pirro. “And when you lie under oath and to the FBI, you are a wrongdoer, you are a cheat and offender. So, McCabe, are you a crook, too?”
She continued, “Andy, you can complain all you want that you were unjustly fired, but the facts contradict that. You should have been fired a long time ago. You should lose your law license and you should have been taken out in cuffs.”

US factory output jumped 1.2 percent in February

WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. factory output jumped last month, led by big gains in the production of cars, computers and furniture.
The Federal Reserve said Friday that manufacturing output rebounded 1.2 percent in February, the most since October and following three months of weak or negative readings. Factory production has increased a healthy 2.5 percent in the past year.
Manufacturers are benefiting from robust spending by consumers and businesses and solid growth overseas. The dollar has declined in value over the past year, which also makes U.S. goods cheaper overseas. Many economists expect last year’s tax cuts and rising optimism among business owners to fuel greater investment in machinery and information technology equipment.
“The big picture in this report is that the manufacturing upswing is back on track,” said Ian Shepherdson, chief economist at Pantheon Economics.
Still, consumer demand waned a bit at the start of this year, which could weigh on factory output in the months ahead.
Overall industrial production, which includes mines and utilities, rose 1.1 percent in February after a decline of 0.3 percent. Mining output soared 4.3 percent. Utility production plunged 4.7 percent as warmer weather reduced demand for heating.
The rise in mining activity was mostly driven by greater oil and gas drilling. Oil prices have stabilized at about $60 a barrel, which has encouraged oil companies to set up more rigs.
Auto production climbed 3.9 percent last month after slipping 0.2 percent in January. Sales were strong at the end of last year, spurred in part by people in Texas and Florida replacing hurricane-destroyed cars. But that process has mostly been completed, and auto sales have slowed in recent months.
Furniture production increased 1.9 percent, and computer output rose 1.5 percent, the Fed said.
Other recent reports suggest manufacturing is healthy. A survey of purchasing managers found that factory activity expanded at the fastest pace in 14 years in February, lifted by strong job gains and an increase in inventories. Production and new orders grew but at a slightly slower pace.
Manufacturers are hiring at a rapid clip, adding 224,000 new jobs in the past 12 months.

Butt Out: World Surf League Wants Less Focus on Female Surfers’ Bikinis

by SIMON KENT

australia FEMALE surfers

Female surfers wearing high-cut bikini bottoms have been assured by the sport’s administrators that their backsides won’t be broadcast to the world. At least not in revealing close-up.

Newsweek reports the World Surf League (WSL) has asked photographers working for it to use their discretion when filming female surfers with scantily clad bottoms during specific maneuvers — duck dives or bottom turns – in competition and in particular to avoid close-ups of female surfers wearing high-cut bikini bottoms.
The announcement came ahead of the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast surfing event in Queensland, Australia where sexual harassment topped the agenda for the organization’s human resources department, according to the report.
“All cinematographers have been instructed to exercise discretion while shooting the women’s heats. Cinematographers must be careful to be zoomed out during bottom turns or duck dives,” the report said, citing Stab magazine.
“A live broadcast means there’s no time for editing so all camera operators need to use common sense when shooting. That means wide shots of any competitors in skimpy swimwear. Girls who surf in boardshorts will feature larger on screen than those in bikinis.”
The organization told Australian news site news.com.au that it “regularly trains its staff in code of conduct and employee enhancement programs. We hold our staff, content, and organisation to high standards across the board”.
Not all female surfers are happy to comply, with former Australian champion Layne Beachley saying competitors should be able to wear what they want and that “sex sells.”
“We’ve broken down those barriers and now the women are actually embracing their femininity, their beauty, their style, their grace and their sexiness,” she told Brisbane’s 97.3 radio. “And if that’s helping them sell the sport and improve their chances of being supported throughout their careers then good luck to them.
“I respect the fact women can choose the bikinis they wish to surf in based on comfort or practicality. It’s up to them to choose how they want to present themselves. I think it’s a step in the wrong direction as far as telling cameramen they can’t film girls duck-diving or doing bottom turns, because that’s a natural part of surfing.”

10 questions about school safety
BY KAY COLES JAMES, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR

10 questions about school safety
© Getty Images
On April 20, 1999, two students attacked Columbine High School, killing 13 and wounding 21 more. Two weeks ago, a former student did the same thing at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, killing 17 and wounding 16 more. Nearly two decades separate these tragedies. Yet, our grieving nation is still searching for a solution.

My children never experienced such horror, thank God. They are now beyond school age, but my grandchildren aren’t. So like mothers and grandmothers across America, I lie awake at night, worrying about the next tragedy and wondering what our society needs to do to prevent it.

The knee-jerk answer by many is “ban guns.” But the questions we face are too complex to be resolved by just two words. Here are 10 that keep me awake.

Public places of all kinds are protected. Why aren’t schools?

Unlike government buildings, stadiums, and shopping malls, schools are known as “soft targets” because they are so unprotected. Isn’t it time for states and localities to seriously consider security solutions such as armed guards, improved locks and cameras, magnetometers, concealed carry, or on-site police substations

Does the threat facing students only come from the muzzle of a gun?

Since Columbine, the total number of primary and secondary school homicides, including beatings and stabbings, is estimated to be more than three times the number of lives that have been tragically lost to mass shootings on school grounds. All lives are precious, so shouldn’t we be focusing on all threats to school safety?

What if we banned all gun sales in America?

It’s tempting to believe banning gun sales will protect our students, but guns are merely one of many possible tools of destruction. The Columbine attackers brought powerful bombs to school, and a Maryland girl was recently arrested with plans to blow up her school. How would a gun ban have protected their classmates?

What if we severely restricted gun ownership everywhere?

Some say if gun ownership is restricted, peace will be restored. But take a look at Baltimore. It has some of the most restrictive policies in America. Yet, it was just named the nation’s most dangerous city. Criminals clearly aren’t abiding by Baltimore’s rules. Is there any basis for thinking it would be any different elsewhere?

Why is the background check system so full of holes?

America supposedly has a national database containing the information needed to keep criminals from buying a gun. But many state and federal agencies don’t regularly submit data to it, and what it does contain is often incorrect. In this high-technology era, how hard is it to have a background check system that works?

The FBI and police received tips about the Parkland shooter dozens of times. Why didn’t they do something?

I think Andrew Pollack, father of a slain Parkland student, spoke for us all when he expressed fury that his daughter and her school were so unprotected. It would be one thing if the shooter had been unknown. But he made frequent threats and was reported to authorities many times. Why didn’t they take the necessary action?

The Parkland shooter said, “Hi, I’m Nick. I’m a school shooter.” Why wasn’t he institutionalized?

I believe mental health should be treated with the same intensity as physical health. Yet, we see so many instances, like Columbine and Parkland, in which mentally ill individuals are able to commit heinous acts on innocent people. What breakdowns are preventing them from getting the care they obviously need?

He was bullied and ostracized at school. Why was nothing done to address that?

We now know the Parkland shooter was bullied and ostracized by his classmates. So, too, were the Columbine attackers. The U.S. Secret Service has documented that bullying played a major role in two-thirds of America’s premeditated school shootings. Yet, school officials do too little to prevent bullying. Why?

He played violent video games. How many virtual “kills” did he log before he committed real ones?

The Parkland shooter is said to have played violent games 12 or more hours a day. And the Columbine attackers were reportedly obsessed with “Doom”, a violent video game. Some commentators say the violence kids see in movies, on television, and in video games isn’t relevant. But doesn’t this striking coincidence warrant a closer look?

Is America finally ready to get serious about school safety and not just talk in bumper sticker soundbites?

The political debate raging today is so disappointing. If our nation really wants to make schools safer, we have to have a broader and more caring conversation. It must be one that includes mental health, family breakdown, culture, media and more. But instead, some insist on sticking with two-word slogans like “ban guns!” Can’t we do better?

Our children and grandchildren deserve to be safe at school. That means we need to set aside two-word bromides and address these questions in Washington, in state houses, in city halls, and most importantly, in our communities, churches and homes. We can’t allow another tragedy to occur. That’s why it’s time to get serious about school safety.

Federal Judges are in Rebellion
by Dave Neuendorf

Our federal judiciary has long been usurping the powers of Congress, legislating from the bench. In Roe v. Wade, for example, the Supreme Court declared a right to kill unborn children that can be found nowhere in the Constitution. In Obergefell v. Hodges, they redefined marriage to include homosexual and lesbian couples.

Now, some federal judges are blatantly usurping the powers of the executive as well. The recent decisions by judges in Washington state and Hawaii, denying the validity of President Trump’s executive orders limiting immigration defy the president’s power to execute the laws that Congress has established. Title VIII of the United States Code 1182 states that “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.” The denial of President Trump’s orders pursuant to this law is clearly an illegal action by the federal judges.

Unfortunately, the divided state of our country’s politics has made it impossible to respond appropriately to these illegal judicial actions. The obvious reaction should be for Congress to remove the judges by impeachment. A judge’s disobedience to federal law is clearly a “high crime,” and justifies his removal. The problem is that Democrats in Congress have become so radicalized that conviction in the Senate is impossible. There is simply nothing that a liberal official could do that would get a majority in the Senate to convict him. For Senate Democrats, the highest principle is party or ideological loyalty. In this environment, impeachment has completely lost its power. The Framers of the Constitution could never have predicted this degree of partisanship.

The longest range solution is to wait for the leftist judges to retire or die, and replace them with people who will respect the Constitution and the role of the judiciary established by it. Or to educate enough voters that replacing leftists in Congress would be possible. But we need a solution that will take less than a whole generation to accomplish.

A medium range solution would be a Constitutional amendment to require federal judges to be re-confirmed by the Senate periodically. This essentially gives up on the idea of an “independent judiciary.” That would be a serious move, since it goes against one of the principles the Framers had in mind when they created the Constitution. But it may be justified, because that principle presupposes judges who are committed to the Constitution and the law. We can’t assume that any longer. In any case, we need an even more immediate response to the crisis of judicial rebellion.

The three branches of our federal government are intended to be co-equal. None of them are to be completely dominant. Judicial rebellion means that the federal judges hold themselves higher than the legislative or executive branches. President Trump should declare that these rulings are illegal, and he should enforce his legally justified executive orders in spite of the judges’ orders.

What would be the downside of such an action by the president? The mainstream media, dominated by the globalist left in the Council on Foreign Relations and other such organizations, would go ballistic, of course. But how much worse could their treatment of Trump and conservatives in general become? It seems to me that they are already doing their worst.

The Democrats and fake Republicans in Congress would almost certainly try to impeach President Trump. But it seems unlikely that they could muster even a simple majority in the House, let alone the super-majority required in the Senate. The debate would be acrimonious, but the end result would be that the president would have retained his authority as prescribed by law.

The leftist federal judges have obviously decided that there is now no limit to what they can get away with. One way or another, the survival of our Republic requires that they be brought back under the Constitution.

Developing: McCabe Cracks, Throws Comey Under Bus, Accuses of Perjury

Gohmert: Comey, McCabe and Ohr Looking at Jail
BY BEN MARQUIS

Disgraced former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was fired Friday night, two days prior to his official retirement with full benefits, by Attorney General Jeff Sessions on recommendations from both the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility and the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General.

And it looks like he might not want to go down alone.

McCabe was fired for allegedly lying to federal investigators and for making alleged unauthorized disclosures to the media about sensitive investigations. Basically, he is alleged to have “lacked candor” with investigators about making anonymous leaks to a Wall Street Journal reporter about the status of the Clinton Foundation investigation in 2016.

In what could only be described as an already prepared statement, McCabe released a letter shortly after his termination that attempted to give his side of the story and asserted that he had been “singled out” by a vindictive President Donald Trump for removal, a laughable claim given the recommendations of the Obama-era-initiated inspector general’s investigation led by the Obama-appointed IG and career bureaucrats at the FBI’s OPR.

But there was something else in McCabe’s statement that caught the eye of law professor Jonathan Turley, who described in The Hill how McCabe appeared to have contradicted his former boss, former FBI Director James Comey, and essentially accused him of committing perjury.

In dispute of the allegations of unauthorized leaks to the media, McCabe wrote, “I chose to share with a reporter through my public affairs officer and a legal counselor. As deputy director, I was one of only a few people who had the authority to do that. It was not a secret, it took place over several days, and others, including the director, were aware of the interaction with the reporter.”

Turley pointed out that since Comey was the director at that time, McCabe’s claim that his leaks were authorized — or at least done with the knowledge of — his boss would run completely counter to testimony delivered under oath by Comey in May 2017 during a congressional hearing.

In that hearing, Comey was asked directly by Sen. Chuck Grassley if he himself had “ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation” or if he had “ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation,” to which Comey had replied without hesitation “Never” and “No.”

Thus, we now know that either Comey or McCabe has lied about the leaks to The Wall Street Journal reporter. If Comey told Congress the truth that he never authorized any leaks to the media, then McCabe just lied and threw Comey under the bus to save his own skin.

Likewise, if McCabe is telling the truth that he had permission to leak information to the reporter, then that means Comey lied under oath to Congress when he denied ever authorizing such leaks.

If it turns out that McCabe just lied, it represents little more than cornered rats biting each other as they attempt to flee a sinking ship, as he was already fired for lying and faces potential prosecution for such. What is one more charge in that case?

But if Comey is the one who lied, he stands to suffer more than McCabe from the exposure, as he is about to launch a lucrative book tour to promote his memoir, “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership.”

Oh, the irony.

Furthermore, Comey is already facing scrutiny over how he handled the Clinton investigation as well as memos he allegedly wrote about his interactions with Trump and kept after he was fired, some of which were leaked to a friend in the media and which may contain classified information.

On top of that, Turley noted that if it were McCabe who lied and he somehow avoids prosecution for the crime, then he just inadvertently opened the door for President Donald Trump to issue a full pardon for former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, who was forced by special counsel Robert Mueller to plead guilty to lying to investigators, a crime it appears McCabe just committed.

One of these two individuals — Comey or McCabe — was lying about leaks to the media, as they both can’t be telling contradictory truth about the same incident in question.

We will know for sure which is the case when the OIG report is released to the public and the full extent of alleged partisan misconduct of FBI leadership is revealed.

What do you think of these contradictory statements from Comey and McCabe about leaks to the media? Scroll down to comment below!

Threats Against Trump Made by John Brennan and Samantha Power Must Be Investigated
by JOHN NOLTE

Two ominous tweets, one written by former CIA Director John Brennan, the other by former United Nations Ambassador Samantha Power, openly threaten a sitting president — President Trump. This must be investigated.

Both of these tweets raise enormous questions, not only about what is meant by these threats, but what kind of inside information these former Obama officials might be receiving from unauthorized sources.
Friday night, after the long overdue firing of Andrew McCabe, the disgraced former acting FBI director, the president tweeted to the American people that McCabe’s termination (and possible loss of pension) marks a “great day for the hard working men and women of the FBI – A great day for Democracy.”
Trump added that “James Comey … made McCabe look like a choirboy. He knew all about the lies and corruption going on at the highest levels of the FBI!”
James Comey is disgraced former head of the FBI fired by Trump last year.
Trump’s criticism of Comey is not speculation. We now know that Comey leaked internal memos about his alleged conversations with Trump to the media through a surrogate, an act that many believe violated FBI rules, possibly even rules surrounding classified information. Moreover, Comey’s greasy fingerprints appear to be all over the discredited Russian dossier and the FISA warrants obtained using the dossier to spy on surrogates of the Trump campaign.
For his part, though, and in keeping with his reputation as a man with a high opinion of himself, Comey responded with a rather anodyne  tweet that was equal parts self-love and salesmanship (his book comes out next month): “Mr. President, the American people will hear my story very soon. And they can judge for themselves who is honorable and who is not.”
Mr. President, the American people will hear my story very soon. And they can judge for themselves who is honorable and who is not.
Brennan, however, appeared unhinged by Trump’s tweet, but he wants the world to know that he knows something and he knows something will be done about it.
“When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history,” Brennan blasted to Trump on Twitter. “You may scapegoat Andy McCabe, but you will not destroy America…America will triumph over you.”
When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history. You may scapegoat Andy McCabe, but you will  not destroy America...America will triumph over you. https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/974859881827258369 …
The question now is what does Brennan know? And where did he get the information that allows him to confidently threaten a sitting president with “disgrace” and a place “in the dustbin of history?”
Brennan’s tweet took on an even more ominous tone after Power later tag-teamed it with this tweet: “Not a good idea to piss off John Brennan,” she warned, with a link to Brennan’s tweet threatening Trump.
Samantha Power @SamanthaJPower
Not a good idea to piss off John Brennan. https://twitter.com/johnbrennan/status/974978856997224448 …
Again, Brennan is the former head of the CIA, a man with incalculable residual power through various contacts, not just within the bureaucratic Deep State, but within the wide world of international spycraft.
Power, who is at the center of an ongoing investigation looking into the unprecedented unmasking of American citizens (that possibly included Trump campaign surrogates), obviously believes that Brennan being “pissed off” at Trump means things will now happen, that Trump will pay a price, that Brennan will come out on top.
This is all very ominous, unquestionably a threat, and also makes one wonder if Brennan and Power are receiving unauthorized information, possibly from Robert Mueller’s special counsel office. Even the mainstream media, firmly in Mueller’s corner in their desire to destroy Trump, have repeatedly reported things that could only have come via leaks from the special counsel’s office.
The very idea that a Brennan and Power, two former Cabinet-level officials in the Obama administration, are publicly hurling not-so-veiled threats at a sitting American president, is not only beyond the pale, but must be taken seriously.
It is important to remember that this is not the first time Trump has been threatened with Deep State reprisal. In January of last year,  Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, (D-NY) seemed to gloat over the fact that the intelligence community has “six ways from Sunday at getting back at you” — meaning Trump.
In February, Phil Mudd, a CNN counterterrorism analyst, publicly warned Trump that the F.B.I would seek revenge against Trump and “win.
This is the rhetoric of a state run by an unelected secret police force, not a representative democracy where the intelligence community is supposed to answer to the people through our elected representatives.
Only a new special counsel can look into these threats. The Secret Service might also want to get itself involved.

Peter Schweizer’s ‘Secret Empires’ Exposes China’s ‘Calculated Effort to Buy Influence’ Through Washington Political Elites
by ROBERT KRAYCHIK

AP Photo/Charles Dharapak

China expert Steven Mosher joined Friday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight to discuss the revelations in Peter Schweizer’s new book, Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends, concerning the Chinese government’s influence peddling via “sweetheart deals” with family members of prominent American politicians.

Mosher, the president of the Population Research Institute and author of Bully of Asia: Why China’s Dream is the New Threat to World Order, explained how Schweizer’s new book documents a form of “officially sanctioned corruption” that is deeply rooted in Chinese political culture. He detailed how the Chinese regime purchases political influence in America via the cultivation of economic relationships with prominent politicians’ family members, including, as Schweizer’s book reveals, the son of Joe Biden, the father- and sister-in-law of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and the son-in-law of President Donald Trump.
In his interview Friday with Breitbart Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour, Mosher praised Schweizer’s past work, as president of the Government Accountability Institute, in exposing government corruption.
“I have to say that Peter Schweizer — who I’ve known for many years and I regard as a friend — is just a bulldog when it comes to this kind of thing,” Mosher said. “He does his research, he’s gone into the Chinese language websites of some of these firms and translated them into English and made accessible to us information that we would never otherwise know. It’s an amazing piece of research.”
Mansour and her guest co-host, actress and author Sam Sorbo, detailed the revelations in Schweizer’s book concerning the Chinese government’s influence peddling in America, including the close ties between the Chinese regime and the family shipping business founded by Elaine Chao’s father. Elaine Chao is Mitch McConnell’s wife and President Trump’s Transportation Secretary.
Mansour noted that McConnell’s sister- and father-in-law both sat on the board of China State Shipbuilding Corp. (CSSC), a state-run shipbuilding company described by Schweizer as “a state-owned defense conglomerate … at the heart of the Chinese government’s military-industrial complex.”
Mansour further noted that, according to Schweizer’s research, the Chinese government-controlled Bank of China appointed McConnell’s sister-in-law, Angela Chao, to its board of directors shortly after President Trump was elected.”
“The bank’s board of directors up until that point included all senior Chinese officials and one lone Dutch banker,” said Mansour, before sarcastically remarking, “Now, I’m sure it was all based on her qualifications, and she was the most qualified member of Mitch McConnell’s family to get that position. So I don’t think we have anything to worry about.”
Mosher described China’s influence peddling as a “reverse King Midas effect,” drawing on the Greek mythological figures ability to turn things to gold with a touch. The Chinese, he said, held gold in their hands as they sought to purchase influence from various figures and companies. He further explained how corrupt influence peddling is deeply rooted in Chinese political history.
“What we see in China is kind of a reverse King Midas effect,” said Mosher. “We all remember the Greek story of King Midas, who whenever he touched something it turned to gold. Well, whenever the Chinese communists touch anything, they have gold in their hands and they want to pass it along to the person or company they’re dealing with, so it really is all buying influence. This has a long history in China, by the way, going back a couple of thousand years.”
Mosher explained, “When Chinese officials were appointed to govern a province or …. a county, the emperor who appointed them did not give them a budget, he just gave them permission to go to that county [or] province and extort, accept bribes, accept fees of various kinds, and tax the people into poverty. They were expected to raise their own money [and] budget to support themselves, their households, and all their employees in the official government residence…. They would be on the take from the get-go. That’s what was expected of them, so it was officially sanctioned corruption.”
“The political culture of China from the beginning has been based on this kind of corruption of officials using their authority [and] power to make money [and] to use money to make even more money,” said Mosher. “What we now see on the international stage is this whole Chinese gold play that happens inside of China — it’s happened for hundreds of years — now it’s being exported to other parts of the world like the United States, and again, the reverse King Midas effect, how they’re corrupting everything they touch including the family members of American politicians who actually may not be that hard to bring around to the Chinese point of view.”
“What did China get in exchange?” asked Mansour of Mosher.
“I think there’s no question that China wants something in exchange,” replied Mosher. “These are not free gifts. This is not a market-based investment, for example, into the Rosemont Seneca firm that was set up by Hunter Biden [and] Devon Archer, as [Peter Schweizer] reports. This was a calculated effort to buy influence with the son of the vice president of the United States. … Had you or I walked in with the same proposal, we wouldn’t even have gotten past the receptionist. These people were able to get in because of their parents [and] their family connections to see very high-level officials who consciously wanted to ink a deal in order to rope them in to the Chinese way of seeing and doing things.”
Mosher explained the revelation in Schweizer’s book concerning a billion-dollar investment firm established by Hunter Biden — Joe Biden’s son — and the state-run Bank of China.
“In [Peter Schweizer’s] account that was published in the New York Post, it’s very clear that one of the consequences of this one-billion dollar investment fund that was set up and guaranteed by China — by the way, so you can’t lose money, again, it’s not a market-based decision; if the Chinese government is guaranteeing the fund then it’s a no-lose proposition — and they went out and bought an American company that had a dual-use technology that was useful in not just a commercial sense, but in a military sense, as well, and for some reason this sale, which should have been blocked, was approved,” related Mosher. “So, I think you can see how it works.”
In 2015, the Obama administration approved a Chinese state-owned company’s 51-percent-majority purchase of Henniges, an American “dual-use” parts manufacturer involved in the production of “anti-vibration” automotive technologies with possible military applications. The deal was approved by the the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), speculated Mosher, in part due to a Biden-linked firm’s purchasing of the remaining 49-percent-minority stake in Henniges.
Sorbo noted how Thornton Group —  a “politically connected consultancy firm” connected to Rosemont Seneca — documented its meeting in China with Hunter Biden on the Chinese-language side of its website, but omitted such details from its English-language website.
“On the Chinese side, they were happy to brag about how they had managed win influence and buy friends in the United States, and yet their American partners were much more reticent to reveal exactly what was going on,” stated Mosher. “I wonder why.”
Sorbo framed Chinese purchasing of political influence as a function of a self-serving domestic political class: “This is what you get when you get a political class, an elite class, and they feel that they’re untouchable, and they’re using their political power and their access to their own benefit.”
“It’s influence peddling of the worst kind,” concurred Mosher. “Going back a hundred years, Warren G. Harding got in trouble because his energy secretary was dealing in oil leases. This is far worse than the kind of scandals and corruption we’ve seen in American history because it deals with a selling out America to a hostile foreign power. China does not wish us well. China wishes to replace us on the world stage, and they’re buying influence and buying companies and stealing technology piecemeal. But they have a plan. This is not happening just by chance. They’re targeting the family members of powerful influential American politicians, offering them sweetheart deals knowing that once the deal is inked that they will have that family not in their pocket necessarily, but they’ll certainly get a sympathetic hearing on any China issues that comes up.”
Mosher didn’t question Joe  Biden’s patriotism, but noted that when the company or firm of a politician’s family member receives “enormous benefits from these sweetheart deals… it has to soften their views on America’s stance towards China.”
Sorbo challenged Mosher’s assessment of Biden’s intentions: “I might have a bit of a harder line than you on this, because my understanding is that Biden flew over [to China] for meetings and brought his son. So he’s the one parading his son around saying, ‘Look at my fine young man. Can you do anything for him?'”
Mosher also noted China’s efforts to influence Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior advisor, by offering him $600 million towards an outstanding debt on a Manhattan property owned by Kushner’s family business.
“The Chinese came in and offered [Jared Kushner] $600 million to prop up his loan for the 666 Fifth Avenue building, which is heavily in debt,” said Mosher. “He turned down the offer, but you can see how the Chinese are playing this game. They pick targets of opportunity. Sometimes they succeed. Sometimes they don’t, but every time they succeed they chisel away at American resolve to confront what is, after all, I think a mortal danger to the American republic, a mortal danger certainly to the rule of law in the world and the current world order.”
Peter Schweizer’s new book Secret Empires will hit bookstores nationwide on Tuesday, March 20.
Breitbart News Tonight airs Monday through Friday on SiriusXM’s Patriot channel 125 from 9:00 p.m. to midnight Eastern (6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific).

“Hillary Clinton’s visit to India suffered another setback this week as the former secretary of state fractured her wrist after slipping in the bathtub at the five-star resort where she was staying, according to a report by DNA India.

“The website reported that Clinton was taken to a hospital in the city of Jodhpur at around 5 a.m. local time Wednesday. Clinton underwent an X-ray and a CT scan that confirmed a hairline fracture of her right wrist.”

Are the viral videos Hillary-inspired conspiracies not second guessing of the masses triggered by the videos?
Are the videos in India that went viral last week paving the road for a pre-determined conclusion:  “She can’t stand on her feet, so how can she stand for trial?”
Is Madam Clinton playing a post-election role that could be called ‘Manipulating the Masses’?
In our digitalized world, people sometimes only see what progressive politicians want them to see.
It’s not a far stretch to suggest that Hillary doesn’t want people to see the public rip-offs of Uranian 1 and what went down in the Clinton Foundation but Hillary’s failing health instead.
Out on the 2016 presidential campaign, first came the coughing fits, then the grand finale on the anniversary of 9/11 when appearing to have publicly collapsed, and having lost a shoe, Clinton was tossed into a waiting van on Sept. 11, 2016.
The 9/11 memorial public collapse, which she blamed on pneumonia, and becoming overheated, was the last viral video showing her in failing health until India.
Can there be much doubt that videos of Hillary Clinton, ostensibly in failing health, dominated all videos in the run-up to 2016’s presidential election?
Ask yourself how you could possibly fall twice down a flight of 15 concrete steps in India—while being physically supported by one, then two burly men?
One of the India video shots shows Obama’s former Secretary of States, doing ‘the splits’ to boot.
Did Hillary Clinton learn how to fall and do the splits courtesy of Yoga lessons?
In her own words to a friendly audience at New York Riverside Church responding to questions about how she got through her stunning election loss to Donald Trump: “I relied on prayer, yoga and my fair share of Chardonnay after my ‘devastating’ 2016 loss. (CNN, Sept. 8, 2017)
If Crooked Hillary is using videos as a foil to keep from being brought in for closer examination on alleged crimes against the State, it wouldn’t be the first time:
It was a fall in her own home when Clinton suffered concussion and a blood clot that detained her from testifying on Benghazi in 2013.
And when she did reappear in public she was sporting thick glasses.
“The thick glasses Hillary Clinton has been wearing in public since returning from a concussion and blood clot last month are the result of lingering effects of her health problems, a Clinton aide confirms. (ABC News, Jan.23, 2013)
“She’ll be wearing these glasses instead of her contacts for a period of time because of lingering issues stemming from her concussion,” said spokesman Philippe Reines. “With them on she sees just fine.”

“During more than five hours of testimony before Congress Clinton could be seen wearing glasses that appeared to have a thick left lens with lines across it.

“Reines did not specify what type of lens the secretary was wearing, but medical experts say a fresnel prism is common in cases like these. Fresnel prisms usually come in the form of a piece of thin, transparent plastic that can be adhered to existing lenses. The special grooves in these prisms change the way light enters the eye, making them useful in treating double vision.

“Dr. James Liu, director of the Center for Skull Base and Pituitary Surgery at the Neurological Institute of New Jersey, said that concussion and head injury can lead to blurred or double vision in some cases, and that this symptom can linger for a while during recovery.

“It is possible that blurred or double vision can last up to weeks and even months,” he said. “This really depends on the severity of the head injury. In cases of concussions, these symptoms are usually temporary and eventually resolve with time.”

The glasses did not seem to affect Clinton’s demeanor during her testimony where she became emotional when talking about the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and the three other Americans killed in the terror attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. The secretary confidently answered questions posed by senators and House representatives, and even sparred with some over her handling of the Benghazi crisis.

“New York Magazine published an article showing a slideshow of Clinton adjusting her glasses during her testimony, with pithy comments about what her expressions meant.

“Reines said that the secretary “got a kick out of the” article using her special glasses to see the slide show “crystal clear.”

As for knowing enough about Yoga to finish her latest fall with the splits?

‘Hillary Clinton Says Yoga Helped Her Endure the Benghazi Hearing’, (HuffingtonPost, Oct. 23, 2015):

“You’ve got to have a lot of stamina when you’re running for president and testifying before the House Select Committee on Benghazi for over 11 hours. Such is the case for 2016 Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton, who spent most of her waking hours (and ours) on Thursday testifying in a committee hearing.

“As the former secretary of state was leaving, a Yahoo News reporter asked how she had the endurance for the marathon of a hearing. While flexing her muscles and grinning ever so slightly, Clinton confirmed that “yoga always helps.”

“Last year, Clinton told People that water aerobics and yoga were her exercises of choice. The New York Times also reported on her stamina-building practice, citing friends who said that she had more energy and was practicing yoga while spending more time on her physical fitness.

“How can a person with so much on her plate have room for a couple sun salutations each week? Chances are it’s the bendy practice that helps: Yoga has been shown to make people more productive, less stressed and generally happier. As the saying goes, if you don’t have time to meditate for 20 minutes, you should meditate for an hour. Perhaps the same can be said for yoga.”

Meanwhile, somewhere out there today is Hillary Clinton “getting a kick” out of knowing she’ll never have to face questions about Uranium 1 and the pay-for-play Clinton Foundation scandal because she’s already laid the groundwork that failing health could spare her from testimony?
