STONE SUGGESTS TRUMP TAKE SEN. MIKE LEE FOR SCOTUS
A Solid Conservative For Supreme CourtAs Prosecutor Kavanaugh Intimidated surveilled and tampered With Witnesses In The Investigation of The Death of Clinton Advisor Vince Foster Whose Body Was Found in Fort Marcy Park

Twice in the recent past so-called Conservative Republican Presidents have had an opportunity to remake the US Supreme Court and set it on a solidly Conservative direction. Unlike President Ronald Reagan who gave us Supreme Court Justices like William Rehnquist and Anthony Kennedy, George H.W Bush gave us David Souter who joined the Liberal block on the court while his son George W Bush gave us John Roberts who cast the deciding vote to save Obama Care. President Donald Trump must be cautious not to make such a mistake.

Donald Trump’s appointment of a second supreme court justice, even before he and his party have to face his 1st mid-term congressional elections, may be the single most consequential decision — and opportunity — of his entire presidency.

This is blazingly apparent just in the insane mass conniption fit thrown by the radical Democrat left since the moment Anthony Kennedy’s resignation was announced. The appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, who by all reports is on the President’s short list, would be a mistake, however.

Kavanaugh is not only the candidate of Karl Rove and the Bush family, but the mainstream media praise for his potential appointment shows he is a deep state quisling. Even more troubling, is the fact that Kavanaugh who as a Federal Prosecutor intimidated and tampered with witnesses in the Clinton advisor Vince Foster’s mysterious death and the finding of his body at Fort Marcy Park.

Those on the right who say Foster was murdered by the Clintons are wrong. He did indeed commit suicide, having psychologically been driven to it by Hillary. Although Foster killed himself, it was in his old executive office building office that he did so. Hillary admits in her own biography that she feared Foster’s White House office would become a “crime scene” with Federal Investigators having access to all of Clinton’s most confidential records. Foster’s body was rolled in a carpet and the body was taken and dumped in Fort Marcy Park. The FBI toxicology report confirms that Foster was covered head-to-toe with carpet fiber.

A man was driving up the GW Parkway towards home. This unfortunate witness, named Patrick Knowlton, happened by the Park where Foster’s corpse had been transported and staged to look like an on-site suicide.

But when the parkway got congested, pulled into Marcy Park in order to urinate. Knowlton relieves himself behind a bush but upon returning to his car saw two men in a blue automobile with Arkansas license plates. The men were menacing and he left quickly. When he learned on the news that this was the day Clinton’s Presidential aide Vince Foster’s body was found in Fort Marcy Park, Knowlton made the biggest mistake of his life by calling the Parkway police and the FBI and telling them what he did- and did not see. Incredibly, Federal Prosecutor Brett Kavanaugh rather than welcoming this information undertook a campaign to terrorize, threaten and intimidate Knowlton into changing his story.

Kavanaugh working for Special Counsel Ken Star, browbeat, intimidated and tampered with the testimony of Patrick Knowlton who ultimately filed a compelling lawsuit over this prosecutorial abuse. Knowlton’s mistake, he saw the blue sedan with Arkansas plates in which Vince’s body was delivered but Vince’s car a brown sedan also with Arkansas plates had not yet been delivered. It is interesting that Foster’s car keys were found not in his pocket but thrown yards away from his body. In my book “The Clinton’s War On Women”, I identify the thugs who did Hillary’s dirty work, but it is the bullying tactics that render him unfit for Trump’s appointment to the Supreme Court.

The attack on Knowlton by Kavanaugh was brutal. His unequivocal witness statements to the Park Police investigators suddenly created consistency problems for the cover-up story that Foster had driven himself to the park in his brown vehicle and shot himself there. Knowlton saw a different vehicle, not Foster’s, and vehemently denied that Foster’s brown vehicle had been there when Knowlton first arrived. It could only have arrived sometime later after Foster was known to already be dead.

Enter Brett Kavanaugh, a junior rising federal prosecutor supposedly tasked to investigate and, if required, prosecute any matters arising out of the larger Whitewater Special Prosecutor investigation, including the Foster death. Kavanaugh accused Knowlton of being on drugs, of being drunk, of being in the park for a homosexual assignation and badgered him relentlessly to remember the color of the car as brown. Knowlton’s phones were tapped and he was put under physical surveillance, all at the direction of would be Supreme Court Justice Brett, Kavanaugh. All to cover up for the Clintons and silence this inconvenient witness, Patrick Knowlton, who would ultimately file an extraordinary lawsuit against the government.

President Trump should not be fooled. U.S. Appeals Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh is the ultimate deep state legal mercenary and ascendant judicial errand boy for the deepest of the deep state. Kavanaugh utterly epitomizes and certainly represents the very same Beltway-Bushier-Yale Law network of diabolical manipulators who saddled Trump with George W. Bush’s loyal FBI chief Robert Mueller as the perpetual in-house persecutor of Trump’s presidency.

The insiders show their hand; before Trump could even pull his list of possible nominees out of his desk drawer, the usual suspects in the fake news corporate media and the extended Bush-Clinton-Obama sedition network that has been gunning for Trump since day one, were busy propping up and pushing Kavanaugh as the frontrunner — the top pick — the odds-on favorite — whatever description they could use to front-load the selection process in Kavanaugh’s favor.

The Swamp has spoken and it wants Kavanaugh. They will try to make his ascension to the high court seem like an inevitability, even as to President Trump himself. It is incredibly imperative that President Trump rejects these machinations and not consider Kavanaugh for so much as another second.

There are better choices for the court, which badly needs a Libertarian within its Conservative wing. Trump’s emotional favorite for the appointment is Judge Andrew Napolitano, a possibility ruled out by age and his media persona. Trump needs a quick easy confirmation. Senator Mike Lee, a man who I have publicly disagreed with but who I think nonetheless is a principle Libertarian, deeply suspicious of government and the establishment who could be easily confirmed. Susan Collins is a friend of mine who I disagree with on most things but a woman who I believe is of great principle. Although I don’t know Lisa Murkowski, I do know the libertarian spirit of the people in Alaska. I think both these fine woman Senators would be hard put to oppose Mike Lee.

There is a discussion of Judge Napolitano however, as a possible Attorney General when Trump finally decides to give Sessions the heave-ho. Former US Attorney Andrew McCarthy is another Giuliani would push to clean house at the Sessions-Rosenstein DOJ where cover-up of the Clinton’s and Obama’s crimes seems to be a first priority.

Judge Willet from Texas is a noble idea and a real Libertarian as is Amy Barrett, a principled Conservative that Liberals would pick apart over her devout Catholicism would both be good choices but probably un-confirmable. Trump could gamble on another woman but Mike Lee is a sure win, clean, quick and before the 2018 Election.

If the president is not already of this mind, it shouldn’t take much convincing, since just last month in a rally speech Trump himself brought up the very incident that is at the root of why Kavanaugh is absolutely unfit to serve on the high court, or on any bench really, and must be disqualified. It would be like letting Hillary Clinton appoint the next Justice; Kavanaugh has been a soldier in the Bush/Clinton Crime Syndicate. He is the wrong man for this job because he did clean up work for the Clintons and the political establishment.

Red-state Democrats face 'terrible' bind on Supreme Court pick
By Carl Hulse, New York Times

WASHINGTON — Democratic senators running for reelection in red states where President Donald Trump remains popular face an agonizing choice over his coming Supreme Court nominee: Vote to confirm the pick and risk demoralizing Democratic voters ahead of the midterm elections, or stick with the party and possibly sacrifice their own seats — and any chance at a Democratic majority in 2019.

The actions of a handful of Senate Democrats struggling to hold their seats in those states — notably Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota, Joe Donnelly of Indiana and Joe Manchin of West Virginia — will have broad implications for the party at a critical political juncture.

A decision by one or all of them to try to bolster their standing with Republican-leaning voters in their states by backing the president’s nominee would undermine Democratic leaders as they try to sustain party unity. And if their votes put the president’s choice on the court, it could hasten the move to the left by the party’s aggressive activist core, while intensifying the clamor for new, more confrontational leadership.

But if they hold together on a “no” vote, those senators could not only surrender their own seats, but by expanding the Republican majority, they could also narrow the path of Democrats to a Senate majority for years to come by ceding those states to Republicans.

“It is a terrible vote,” Jennifer Duffy, a longtime nonpartisan analyst of Senate races for the Cook Political Report, said about the showdown, which will escalate Monday with the scheduled official announcement of the nominee.

It could not come at a worse time. A final confirmation vote will probably be called just weeks before an election in which Democrats are defending a sprawling battleground, including 10 states carried by Trump, with Democratic pickup opportunities in only a handful of states. A failure to hang on to nearly all 10 would make a Senate takeover very difficult.

The situation is complicated by the fact that Republicans last year denied Democrats the ability to filibuster a Supreme Court candidate, a tool that would have enabled the most vulnerable Democrats to side with the president even as the rest of the party held the line against the nominee and satisfied anxious liberal voters.

In the run-up to his announcement, Trump has sought to intensify the pressure on Democrats who are on the ballot in Republican-leaning states.

“You deserve a senator who doesn’t just talk like he’s from Montana,” Trump said Thursday night during a combative stop in Great Falls, Montana, as he assailed Jon Tester, the conservative state’s two-term Democrat. “You deserve a senator who actually votes like he’s from Montana.”

The president delivered a nearly identical attack on Heitkamp a week earlier in Fargo, North Dakota, in what appears destined to become a stock line as Trump visits Senate battlegrounds.

Much of the attention has been focused on Heitkamp, Manchin and Donnelly because they broke with their party last year and backed Neil Gorsuch, Trump’s first nominee to the court, showing their willingness to get behind the president’s choices. Trump racked up huge margins in their states and still draws enthusiastic crowds.

But other Democratic incumbents need to be wary as well, including Sen. Bill Nelson of Florida, who is in a difficult re-election fight with Rick Scott, the Republican governor. Nelson will need the support of Republican and independent voters to prevail, but also that of Democratic voters in Florida’s urban centers.

Another endangered Democratic incumbent, Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri, is viewed as highly unlikely to back any Trump nominee despite the political risk. And if Trump selects Judge Raymond Kethledge of Michigan, it could present difficulties for Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., who is seeking her fourth term in a state carried narrowly by Trump two years ago though she has so far escaped formidable competition.

As they plot strategy for the coming weeks, top Democrats and their allies are focused initially on holding Senate Democrats together to put most of the court pressure on two Republican senators, Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, who are centrist abortion-rights advocates. Democrats believe that quick signs of any defections in their party could relieve that pressure on the two Republicans while simultaneously frustrating Democratic voters.

“It is very important that we send a signal out of the gate that this is a winnable fight,” said Brian Fallon, the head of a new Democratic judicial advocacy group called Demand Justice. “By throwing in the towel before there was an opportunity to really pressure the pro-choice Republicans, you would have a sense of deflation among progressives that is the last thing you should want going into the midterms.”

The Democratic leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York, is facing calls from activist groups to keep his party in line, and he and his team are intent on doing so. But that does not mean he will want embattled incumbents to yield their seats if the nominee is ultimately going to be confirmed with Republican votes. At the same time, Republican and conservative groups have initiated campaigns in select states trying to establish the president’s coming choice as unobjectionable, while urging supportive calls to Senate offices. They will also try to make any resistance seem the work of far-left activists.

“Radical Left Takes the Reins,” shouted a headline over a release from the office of Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., the majority leader. “Radical Groups Demand Absolute Resistance Against Yet-to-Be-Named SCOTUS Nominee, Senate Democrats Comply With ‘Unwavering Opposition.'”

The Democrats under scrutiny have had little to say so far about their intentions as they await the identity of the nominee.

“Like my colleagues, I’ll wait to see who he nominates for the position — and then get to work exhaustively reviewing and vetting the nominee and their record to meet my constitutional duty as a U.S. senator to provide advice and consent for filling this vacancy,” Heitkamp said after a White House meeting with the president the day after he had attacked her back home in Fargo.

Tester chose to ignore the president’s assault and instead emphasized his bipartisan credentials.

“Jon’s record is clear — if it’s good for Montana, Jon works with anyone from either party to get things done,” his campaign said in a statement following the Trump rally.

That approach reflects what Democrats believe is a potential backstop for the embattled red-state Democrats. Politicians like Heitkamp, Manchin and Tester have well-established identities in their home states and remain popular with voters of both parties. They hope that relationship, built over years of campaigns, could sustain them should they break with the president.

Other issues are also at work. The new trade war could have negative consequences for agriculture in a farm state like North Dakota, driving down allegiance to Trump. It was no coincidence that Heitkamp in the past week held multiple meetings across her state on trade and a new farm bill — two issues with direct impact on voters.

In addition, Democrats proved they could remain united against the president on the tax bill and on repealing the Affordable Care Act, two past instances that were also seen as carrying big political risks. Party strategists say if they can make health care a cornerstone of the Supreme Court fight, it could embolden the red-state Democrats to push back against the White House.

But Republicans have a history of elevating the Supreme Court above all else, given its influence on major social policy such as abortion, immigration, education, voting rights and the environment.

"For Republicans, the Supreme Court is their biggest voting issue,” said Duffy, the Senate elections analyst. “What this does is it wakes up the base.”

For Democrats, the test will be whether they can mount a strong challenge to the nominee that satisfies their voters without exacting too high a cost from their most endangered lawmakers.
Diamond & Silk slam Democrats: They fight for immigrant children but not preborn babies
FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina (LifeSiteNews)

The conservative video blogging duo Diamond and Silk took aim at the double standard of the Democrat Party’s pro-abortion stance Friday in their latest fiery video commentary.

The main topic of the video was not abortion but illegal immigration, specifically the growing calls from several Democrats, including Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Kirsten Gillibrand and socialist congressional nominee Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, to abolish the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The calls are the latest development in the controversy over the federal government temporarily separating parents and children who illegally crossed the southern border for the duration of criminal proceedings.

Early on in the video, Lynette “Diamond” Hardaway blasted the “Dummy-crats” for “fighting in the streets hard to abolish ICE, but they did not fight to end slavery, to abolish slavery.” Shortly afterward, Rochelle “Silk” Richardson followed up by declaring that "Democrats fight for separation of babies from their mothers’ breasts, but refuse to fight for the innocent children being separated from their mothers’ womb.”

The bloggers’ observation follows several prominent pro-abortion Democrats, and even the nation’s leading pro-abortion lobbying groups, denouncing the Trump administration over the scandal using language strikingly similar to what pro-lifers say about abortion.

Jesus Christ “did not say ‘let the children suffer,’” failed presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said of “this cruelty.” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi decried the “barbaric and unacceptable policy of ripping children from the arms of their parents at the border.” Rep. Maxine Waters invoked the Bible to declare she was “on the side of understanding that if we can’t protect the children, we can’t protect anybody.”

Planned Parenthood Federation of Americ a tweeted that “all of the fathers and parents who have been separated from their children at borders” were in “our hearts and minds” for Father’s Day. NARAL President Ilyse Hogue decried the “inhumane” and “evil” “torture” of “these children.

Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and various Democrats and pro-abortion pundits similarly attacked President Donald Trump in May for impugning the humanity of the violent gang MS-13 by calling them “animals.”

“As a Christian, I am called to love people – not to eliminate punishment for wrongful actions,” Radiance Foundation founder Ryan Bomberger wrote last month, addressing the intersection of the pro-life movement and immigration policy. “I don't support families being separated at the border unless there is verifiable abuse or neglect. Many parents put their children in peril by illegally crossing when they could cross legally. This latest political media tantrum is merely a continuum of resistance against having laws that prescribe what legal immigration is.”

Abortion Advocates Think Amy Barrett is a Member of a “Cult” Because She’s Catholic

MICAIAH BILGEr
The mudslinging against Judge Amy Coney Barrett, a possible nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court, continued this week with abortion activists claiming she is a member of a “cult.”
She is believed to be one of four candidates that President Donald Trump is considering to fill retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy’s seat.
Particularly abhorrent to abortion activists, Barrett is a devout Catholic, a conservative and a woman.
Abortion supporters have honed in on Barrett’s affiliation with People of Praise, an ecumenical Christian group that focuses on prayer, counseling, marriage guidance and acts of service for families in need. Labeling the group a “cult,” abortion activists claim Barrett is a “dangerous religious extremist” because of her affiliation with the group.
According to Townhall, these attacks are just nonsense:
Her former colleagues on the Notre Dame law school faculty, many of whom have disagreements with Barrett, unanimously endorsed her nomination to the Circuit Court, describing her as “brilliant” and also “generous” and “warm.” …
If Barrett is a glazed-eyed cultist, she’s done an incredible job of hiding it. She fooled her fellow clerks on the Supreme Court when she worked for Justice Antonin Scalia. Dozens of clerks, including some who worked for Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer, endorsed her previous nomination, calling her a “woman of remarkable intellect and character.” She fooled her students, hundreds of whom signed an endorsement reading, in part, “Our religious, cultural, and political views span a wide spectrum. Despite the many and genuine differences among us, we are united in our conviction that Professor Barrett would make an exceptional federal judge.” And she fooled all of the Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee along with three Democrats, who voted to approve her nomination [to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit].
Pro-abortion politicians have attacked her faith repeatedly, beginning when President Donald Trump nominated her to the Seventh Circuit.
“For most Senate Democrats presiding over judicial confirmations, the only good Catholic is a bad one,” George Neumayr wrote at the American Spectator. “They will only confirm Catholic nominees who reject authoritative Church teaching in favor of liberalism.”
In September, pro-abortion Democrats barraged Barrett with hostile questions about her faith during the Senate confirmation hearing.
U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s comment “the dogma lives loudly within you, and that’s of concern” later was called out as “bigoted.”
U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin also interrogated Barrett about her use of the term “orthodox Catholics” in an article that she wrote.
“Do you consider yourself an orthodox Catholic?” Durbin asked.
“If you’re asking whether I take my faith seriously and I’m a faithful Catholic, I am,” she replied. “Although I would stress that my personal church affiliation or my religious belief would not bear on the discharge of my duties as a judge.”
At another point, Barrett added: “Were I confirmed as a judge, I would decide cases according to the rule of law beginning to end. In the rare circumstance that might ever arise, I can’t imagine one sitting here now, where I felt some contentious objection to the law, I would recuse. I would never impose my own personal convictions upon the law.”
Legal scholars on the political left and right both have blasted the criticisms as unfounded and unjust. Planned Parenthood’s lobbying against Barrett’s 2017 nomination was so deceptive that several liberal law professors urged the abortion group to retract its false statements against her.

Here's What Trump Says Maxine Water's IQ Is

Here's What Trump Says Maxine Water's IQ Is
By Elvert Barnes from Baltimore, Maryland, USA (MaxineWalters1.J27.Pink.Women.navy.WDC.27jan07) [CC BY 2.0 ia Wikimedia Commons
President Trump is the king of nicknames. All of them are incredible in their own way. He recently dubbed Maxine Waters 'Low IQ' Maxine. The president took this to a whole different level recently when he suggested what he thinks her actual IQ really is.
According to Fox News:
Trump also took another dig at California Rep. Maxine Waters, whom he called "the new leader" of the Democratic party.

"Democrats want anarchy," Trump said, saying they would allow gangs like MS-13 "run wild" in America. "And they don't know who they're playing with, folks.

"I said it the other day, yes, [Maxine Waters] is a low-IQ individual. Honestly, she's somewhere in the mid-60s, I believe," Trump added.

Maxine wasn't his only target, he gave just as much attention to Senator Elizabeth Warren. Trump publicly challenged her to take a DNA test to prove her Native American ancestry.

Yes, It’s True: Peter Strzok Failed His Polygraph Yet Retained Security Clearance and Position on Two Investigations…

I have been asked about this repeatedly:

Validating Paul Sperry’s tweet. Yes, FBI Agent Peter Strzok failed his polygraph and his supervisors were notified on January 16th, 2016, his results were “out of scope“. Meaning he failed his polygraph test. Yet he was never removed from any responsibilities; and against dept policy, he did not have his clearance revoked until he could clear.

This was discussed during the Rosenstein testimony and overlooked by most.

After Strzok was recently removed from official responsibility within the FBI, his security clearances were retroactively revoked. That revocation was due to OPR review and was a retroactive revocation action initiated by career officials within the FBI to cover-up (ie. CYA) the two-and-a-half years he was allowed to work when he should not have been.

Current FBI officials, including Trump appointed FBI Director Christopher Wray, are covering up the scandal within the FBI in a misguided effort to save the institution.

This is the same reason the FBI hid the Strzok/Page memos and emails away from IG review and congressional oversight.

There is a massive, ongoing, ‘institutional’ cover-up within the DOJ and FBI. These are simply examples highlighting the severity therein. Peter Strzok and his legal team are counting on the need for the institution to be protected as their shield from any prosecution.

As long as AG Jeff Sessions, DAG Rod Rosenstein, FBI Director Chris Wray and Deputy Director David Bowditch put the institution ahead of the need for accountability, there will be no repercussions against the former DOJ and FBI officials for unlawful conduct.

The honeymoon’s almost over, Ocasio-Cortez just lost a whole lot of liberal fans in one shot. ‘I’m done.’
Frieda Powers

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was well on her way as the new rising Democratic Socialist superstar until she stepped on a rake with a recent photo.
The left’s new media darling ousted 10-term incumbent Rep. Joe Crowley in New York’s 14th congressional district last month and some believed she quickly became the new face of the Democratic Party.

. But the 28-year-old apparently missed the news on the “righteous anger” from Hillary Clinton supporters who have blacklisted actress Susan Sarandon for daring to say Clinton was more dangerous than President Trump during the 2016 election campaign.

A photo of the 71-year-old actress and activist alongside Ocasio-Cortez raised the liberal alarm.
.View image on TwitterClinton supporters are still burned up about Sarandon’s refusal to vote for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election and her criticism of the Democratic nominee. The actress, who supported Bernie Sanders in the 2016 Democratic primary race, came under fire for voting for Green Party candidate Jill Stein instead of Clinton, and suggesting others do the same.

Clinton’s fans never forgave Sarandon.

And they don’t appear to be cutting Ocasio-Cortez any slack for associating with the enemy. G’ day…Ciao…
