Dave faxed me these exciting tips for making SIM CITY (out next February) an even BETTER issue than it already is. With these tips in mind YOU TOO can draw your very own Cerebus brick wall silhouette and SIM CITY style Cerebus eyes.

I should note that the version I sent to Dave didn't have ANY white in Cerebus' eyes.

Note the the word balloons coming from Cerebus' bicep. Intriguing!
