“For months I’ve asked Michael Avenatti to give me accounting information about the fund my supporters so generously donated to for my safety and legal defense. He has repeatedly ignored those requests. Days ago I demanded again, repeatedly, that he tell me how the money was being spent and how much was left. Instead of answering me, without my permission or even my knowledge Michael launched another crowdfunding campaign to raise money on my behalf. I learned about it on Twitter.
“I haven’t decided yet what to do about legal representation moving forward. Michael has been a great advocate in many ways. I’m tremendously grateful to him for aggressively representing me in my fight to regain my voice. But in other ways Michael has not treated me with the respect and deference an attorney should show to a client. He has spoken on my behalf without my approval. He filed a defamation case against Donald Trump against my wishes. He repeatedly refused to tell me how my legal defense fund was being spent.
Now he has launched a new crowdfunding campaign using my face and name without my permission and attributing words to me that I never wrote or said. I’m deeply grateful to my supporters and they deserve to know their money is being spent responsibly. I don’t want to hurt Michael, but it’s time to set the record straight. The truth has always been my greatest ally.
“My goal is the same as it has always been—to stand up for myself and take back my voice after being bullied and intimidated by President Trump and his minions. One way or another I’m going to continue in that fight, and I want everyone who has stood by me to know how profoundly grateful I am for their support.”

Seriously though, it’s not surprising at all to see Avenatti put his own agenda above those of even his most famous client. We were making jokes months ago about how he rode Stormy Daniels to fame. And now we learn that he filed a defamation lawsuit against Trump WITHOUT her permission and is again using her name and porn stardom to raise money and fill his own pockets – or to pay for all these lawsuits he’s losing.
What Avenatti tried to do to Kavanaugh is maybe the worst thing we’ve seen him do. But exploiting his most popular client is about as scummy as it gets. And you know it has to be pretty bad for Daniels to come out against him.

Brazil's newly appointed foreign minister, Ernesto Frago Araujo, who starts his new job in January under President Jair Bolsonaro, has stated that the climate change issue was invented by "cultural Marxists" to help push a globalist agenda that is anti-growth and anti-Christian, reported The Guardian and the Daily Mail.
The Bolsonaro administration will take over Brazil's government on January 1, 2019. Bolsonaro selected Araujo to be minister of foreign affairs on Nov. 14. Araujo is a career diplomat who currently heads Brazil's department for U.S. and Canadian affairs. His blog, Metapolitica 17 -- Against Globalism, is here.

In his blog, Araujo has written that climate science is a "dogma," and that it is pushed by "cultural Marxists" who want to undercut Western economic growth and promote a globalist agenda.
Araujo says he wants to use his position to "help Brazil and the world liberate themselves from globalist ideology," which he believes is anti-Christian in nature, reported The Guardian.
“This dogma has been used to justify increasing the regulatory power of states over the economy and the power of international institutions on the nation states and their populations, as well as to stifle economic growth in democratic capitalist countries and to promote the growth of China,” he wrote in a post last month entitled "Hijack and Pervert."
"An important part of the globalist project is to transfer economic power from the West to the Chinese regime," said Araujo, and "a key part of Trump's project is to disrupt that process, which is already happening."
As for global warming, "the left has sequestered the environmental cause and perverted it to the point of paroxysm over the last 20 years with the ideology of climate change," he wrote. The climate scientists "gathered some data suggesting a correlation of rising temperatures with increasing concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, but ignored data suggesting the opposite, and created a 'scientific' dogma that no one else can challenge on pain of being excommunicated from good society. This is just the opposite of the scientific spirit."

The incoming foreign minister also criticized Brazil's left-wing Workers' Party for promoting a "socialist ideal" while crushing individualism, freedom of thought, and economic freedom.
It is nothing more than totalitarianism, he wrote, because it "criminalizes everything that is good, spontaneous, natural and pure. Criminalizing the family on charges of patriarchal violence. Criminalizing private property. Criminalizing sex and reproduction, saying that any heterosexual act is rape and every baby is a risk to the planet because it will increase carbon emissions."

Prison inmates cook up elaborate ‘sextortion’ scheme, con U.S. troops out of hundreds of thousands
A group of South Carolina inmates allegedly posed as underage girls to trick U.S. service members into paying them hundreds of thousands of dollars in what investigators are referring to as a “sextortion” ring.
The prisoners created a scheme in which they’d exchange racy photos and messages with members of the U.S. military to lure them into ongoing conversation, and then would pose as the young girl’s father, informing the troops that his daughter was underage and threatening to call the police if they didn’t hand over money.
The Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s (NCIS) investigation found that 442 troops from across the country paid more than $560,000 over the course of the scheme, according to The Washington Post.
“With nothing more than smartphones and a few keystrokes, South Carolina inmates along with outside accomplices victimized hundreds of people,” Army investigator Daniel Andrews said in a statement Wednesday.
Officials reportedly said inmates received help from outside their correctional facilities to target members of the military on social media, although the NCIS could not say exactly why military troops were targeted specifically.
The investigation into the extortion scheme, called Operation Surprise Party, was launched in January 2017 by the NCIS, and was later joined by the Army, Air Force, state and federal agents, WaPo’s report states.
Five arrests and 15 indictments were made Wednesday involving the scheme, with another 250 people under investigation and potentially facing charges, NCIS spokesman Jeff Houston said.
Officials said troops willingly paid the money out of fear their careers would be jeopardized if they got caught in what now was a fake claim.

They subpoenaed former FBI Director James Comey to testify about his misdeeds during the 2016 election.
Republicans want answers for how he misled the FISA court by leaving out the fact that Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee paid for the fake news Christopher Steele dossier.
And GOP Committee members also want answers about the FBI dispatching spies to infiltrate the Trump campaign.
Naturally, Comey fought back.

Comey knows that Republicans want specific answers to questions dealing with classified material.
If they hold a public hearing, Comey can dodge having to answer their questions.
In addition, Comey knows the Democrats take over Congress in January.
He is stalling for time to allow the clock to run out on the Republican majority.
Critics also ripped Comey for complaining about selective leaks.
It was Comey who admitted he set in motion the chain of events that led to Rod Rosenstein appointing Robert Mueller by selectively leaking memos about his conversations with Trump to a friend.

He said if Comey fears selective leaks, then the simple answer is to videotape the interview to create a record of events.
“The remedy for leaks is not to have a public hearing where you are supposed to ask about 17 months’ worth of work in five minutes,” Gowdy stated. “I think the remedy is to videotape the deposition. That way, the public can see whether the question was fair. They could judge the entirety of the answer.”
Gowdy went on to explain how the nature of public Congressional hearings limit the ability of investigators to dig at the truth of the matter in front of them.
“But there is no fact-finder on the planet that tries to discover the truth in five-minute increments,” he explained. “The remedy is not to have a professional wrestling-type carnival atmosphere, which is what congressional public hearings have become.”
The South Carolina Congressman also said he was willing to make the video public after all classified information was removed.
“What I would propose is videotape that interview from pillar to post. Scrub it for classified information in case somebody inadvertently asks or answers, and then release it to the public,” he said.
Finally, Gowdy explained that the format of the interview was not up to Comey.
Republicans run the committee and it is up to Chairman Bob Goodlatte to decide the manner in which investigators question Comey.
“[Goodlatte] also is not going to let Jim Comey, who, by the way, the FBI has never conducted an interview in public. Never,” he said. “So the notion that Jim Comey all of a sudden loves public interviews, he hadn’t done it his entire career. So, Bob Goodlatte will decide and it won’t be Jim Comey.”

Certainly, one of the most foreboding and terrifying stories being told to us by the conflict and fear-driven mainstream media, is a tale of climate change.In the mainstream media’s version of the story, emaciated polar bears will soon begin sadly drowning as the arctic ice melts immediately beneath their furry feet. Cities such as New York and Miami will disappear under the rising oceans.
Heck, the “climate change” crowd even thinks that we’ll have more severe cold spells because of a man-made warming of the earth.
But, again, science is coming to the rescue, attempting to save us from the hysteria.
New studies of the sun are now providing us with another warning; this time of a mini ice age beginning in the coming months.
Today’s lack of sunspots, characteristic of a solar minimum, could bring record low temperatures, but some experts suggest it could even produce a “mini ice age,” warns this article on mateoweb.eu.
“Something unusual, but perhaps not so unusual on a large scale, is happening to our sun.
“We are currently living in the 24th solar cycle recorded. What is believed to cause a mini ice age is a prolonged solar minimum, ie an extended period of time when the sun does not have sunspots.
“The last time a prolonged solar minimum was recorded, a mini ice age really occurred and was called Minimo di Maunder. This period lasted from 1645 to about 1715. In these 70 years, sunspots became extremely rare.
Scientists believe that this is what we are dealing with today.
Spaceweather.com claims that sunspots have been absent for most of 2018, to the point where they feel that a reaction is coming from the upper atmosphere of the Earth which, in turn, could produce these temperature differences.
“It could happen within a few months. If current trends continue, a cold record in the space age could soon be established,” said Martin Mlynczak of NASA’s Langley Research Center. Speaking of the potential cold wave that could reach us, Mlynczak said that “we are not yet close”, but a matter of months is not so long.
Of course, the reaction from the globalist left and their cadre of climate alarmists in the media will be that this mini-ice age will be “our last chance” to do something about the man-made warming here on earth, and drive you to Al Gore’s carbon credits industry to atone for your sins.

People claimed that Omar voted against a bill addressing FGM after Twitter suspended conservative activist Laura Loomer Nov. 21 for a tweet that said that Omar supported the practice.
“Isn’t it ironic how the twitter moment used to celebrate ‘women, LGBTQ, and minorities’ is a picture of Ilhan Omar? Ilhan is pro Sharia Ilhan is pro- FGM Under Sharia, homosexuals are oppressed & killed,” Loomer said in the tweet.
A 2017 Minnesota House bill would have expanded penalties for FGM, the process of deliberately cutting or injuring female genitals (sometimes called female circumcision or cutting), and made it a felony for parents or guardians to allow the procedure on their child.
The practice is most common in African countries and parts of the Middle East and Asia. In Somalia, 98 percent of women aged 15 to 49 had undergone FGM, according to 2006 data cited in a U.N. report.
Omar, the first Somali-American elected to Congress and one of the first Muslim women to be elected, called FGM “heinous” in a committee hearing for the bill. But she voiced concerns about the bill and thought that parents should be charged under the laws already in place. Omar referenced a case in which one of two Minnesota girls who underwent the procedure in February 2017 was allowed to return back with her parents.
“What I would have liked to have been done is for us to advocate for their parents to be charged with the laws that are currently in place. What I would have liked for this bill to actually propose is what kind of level of charges that we would like to see brought up,” she said in the committee hearing. “What I don’t want us to do is to try to create laws because we want to be able to get in the media, and I don’t want us to create laws because there is a flashy headline.”
Existing Minnesota law makes it a felony to perform FGM, but does not directly address the actions of the parents. The Minnesota House Research Department, however, said that parents could be charged with the felonies of aiding and abetting the crime of FGM, or with neglect or endangerment of a child. Congress outlawed the practice of FGM federally in 1996, imposing penalties on those who perform the procedure.
Despite her concerns, Omar voted in favor of referring the bill to another committee and voted in favor of its passage on the Minnesota House floor. The bill passed in the House, but did not receive a vote in the Minnesota Senate.
A confusing sentence in a local Star-Tribune story about the House vote led to false claims that Omar voted against the bill. “The bill won support from all but four of the 128 House members who voted, including Rep. Ilhan Omar, the country’s first Somali-American legislator,” it read.
The Clarion Project, a non-profit that “educates the public about the dangers of radical Islam,” cited the Star-Tribune report in an Aug. 8 post that claimed Omar rejected the bill. “In 2017, Omar rejected Muslim reform-driven efforts against gender discrimination and female genital mutilation,” it said. “The bill won support from all but four of the 128 House members who voted. Omar was one of those four.”
Clarion later updated the post to remove the reference to the vote, but it still says that Omar rejected the efforts.
A Nov. 20 Washington Examiner opinion piece also misinterpreted the Star-Tribune report. “Minnesota just elected a congresswoman who was one of only four state representatives to vote against a state law that made FGM a felony. Her name is Ilhan Omar,” it read. The Examiner issued a correction after an inquiry from The Daily Caller News Foundation.
FrontPage Magazine, the online journal of the David Horowitz Freedom Center that “combats the efforts of the radical left and its Islamist allies to destroy American values,” also misreported Omar’s vote in an Aug. 23 post. “Ilhan Omar voted against a bill that made it a felony for parents to subject daughters to female genital mutilation,” it said, citing The Clarion Project.
Omar has addressed policies about FGM on Twitter in the past. “Survivors of sexual assault, FGM and child abuse suffer from PTSD,” she said in a May 2017 tweet. “FGM is outlawed in every country, the [U.S.] has one of the most aggressive drivers advanced laws in the books already,” Omar tweeted in March.
A federal judge ruled Nov. 20 that a federal ban on FGM was unconstitutional on the grounds that Congress did not have the power to enact the statute. “FGM is a ‘local criminal activity’ which, in keeping with longstanding tradition and our federal system of government, is for the states to regulate, not Congress,” the ruling said. A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office said that the office is reviewing the case before deciding whether to appeal.
The Clarion Project and FrontPage Magazine did not respond to requests for comment.

Outgoing Arizona GOP Sen. Jeff Flake joined with several Democrats on Wednesday in a failed attempt to force a vote on legislation to protect Special Counsel Robert Mueller from inappropriate removal or political pressure.
Flake, along with Delaware Democratic Sen. Chris Coons and New Jersey Democratic Sen. Cory Booker, tried to use a parliamentary maneuver to pave the way for a vote on the Special Counsel Independence and Integrity Act.
Flake asked for unanimous consent to vote on the bill, but Utah Sen. Mike Lee objected, blocking the effort.
The three lawmakers expressed concern over comments made by President Trump, who has called the Mueller probe a “phony witch hunt,” as well as Trump’s ousting of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Flake is trying to hold the Senate hostage.
He has threatened to block all of President Trump’s judicial nominees during the lame duck session until the Mueller protection bill is voted on.
Meanwhile, as reported on Renewed Right, Mueller’s investigation has been exposed for what it is: a politically motivated hit job.
And Jeff Flake is simply playing into the Democrats’ hands.
