China: U.S. Company ‘Pathetic’ for Refusing to Buy Goods Made by Muslim Slaves

The Associated PressCCTV via AP Video

The Chinese Foreign Ministry condemned the American company Badger Sportswear for announcing it would no longer purchase clothing from a company based in Xinjiang, where the communist government has built dozens of internment camps to house, enslave, and torture Muslim minorities.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang called it “pathetic” that the U.S. company – which claimed it had no knowledge of its purchased shipments coming from Xinjiang before the Associated Press (AP) exposed the origins of the clothing in a report late last year – had chosen not to do business with western China.
China initially denied the existence of the internment camps, which are believed to house mostly ethnic Uighurs, Kazakhs, and Kyrgyz people. It has since branded them “re-education camps” and claimed that they serve to provide job skills to Muslims at risk of being enticed to join jihadist groups.
“If this company has stopped trade exchanges with China based on some wrong information, I think it is pathetic,” Lu told reporters, according to a translation by the state-run Global Times newspaper (the official website of the Foreign Ministry translated this as “a pity” rather than “pathetic”).
“I want to stress that first, China has abolished the reeducation through labor system,” Lu claimed. “Xinjiang’s vocational skills and education training is totally different from the ‘forced labor’ alleged by some parties.”
Lu made the comments while alleging that, “in principle,” China would typically not comment on private business dealings.
The Global Times backed Lu’s claims, asserting that its own “reporting” as a government-owned entity revealed that the government was not guilty of human rights violations in the nation’s largest province.
“During a visit to Xinjiang in late October, the Global Times found that in a satellite factory located in a village of Shorebagh town, the employees all voluntarily chose to work there and get paid,” the newspaper said, citing the salary of one of these factories at around $221 a month.
The Global Times also published commentary on Thursday attacking the United States for leading the efforts against the campaign to erase Uyghur culture and Islam generally from Xinjiang. The State Department was among the first entities in the world to reveal the existence of the internment camps and demand China answer for its crimes.
“Western countries and media outlets involved in the concerted anti-China campaign blame the country for what they call social and cultural oppression of Uyghurs in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region,” the Times claimed. “But when one sees the human rights record of the U.S., it is not too hard to understand that the main aim of the allegations is not humanistic, but political.
“Washington has put on the mask of humanity for years to discredit countries it doesn’t agree with,” it alleged, claiming that the internment camps were necessary because some Chinese Muslims have reportedly joined jihadist groups in the past. The editorial also attacking media in countries like Turkey – naming the belligerent pro-Turkish government publication Yeni Safak in particular – for reporting on the crimes against Uighurs in China. The Uighurs are an ethnically Turkic people and speak a Turkic language with little in common with Mandarin or other Han languages.
The Chinese government, according to the AP report, is building the factories in question within or in proximity to the “re-education camps,” where for nearly a year Chinese officials have been forcing Chinese Muslims from Xinjiang, which borders Afghanistan, to learn Mandarin, memorize Communist Party propaganda songs, worship Communist Party leader Xi Jinping, and renounce their Islamic faith. Camp survivors have told human rights groups that beatings and electrocutions are not uncommon for prisoners who reject the indoctrination. No survivor has claimed the “vocational” camps have taught them anything other than communist propaganda or that they voluntarily imprisoned themselves there.
The AP added a new detail to the activities within the camps: its December report cited survivors who said they were being forced to manufacture goods for no pay. Clothing is a common item made in the camps. The relatives of prisoners in the camps say that the claim their children needed to learn a skill to have access to the Chinese market does not make sense in the context of who is ending up in the camps – often lawyers, doctors, advertising professionals, and others with stable employment.
Reuters reported last year that it had evidence via satellite imagery of the existence of over 1,000 camps throughout the vast province; previous reports estimated that as many as between 1 and 2 million people, mostly Uighurs but of other ethnic minorities as well, are currently imprisoned in the camps.
The AP found that some of the clothing made in Uighur internment camps found its way to the United States through purchases by Badger Sportswear, which sells clothing to university apparel stores.
On Wednesday, after an internal investigation, Badger Sportswear cut ties to its Chinese supplier Hetian Taida, which sold the U.S. business the Xinjiang clothing, “given the controversy around doing business.”
“Furthermore, we will not ship any product sourced from Hetian Taida currently in our possession,” Badger added in a statement.

Juanita Broaddrick calls Joy Behar ‘human garbage’ after she excused Clinton rapes because he’s pro-abortion

Alleged Clinton rape victim Juanita Broaddrick has reached her breaking point with “The View” co-host Joy Behar.
With Behar once again treating Bill Clinton’s alleged attacks against women far too lightly, Broaddrick unloaded on her on Twitter, calling her “human garbage.”
Juanita Broaddrick@atensnut
Joy Behar: “I would vote for a Rapist if he were pro abortion, I would vote for Bill Clinton”:
ME:  Joy Behar is a disgusting piece of “Human Garbage”.

Dismissing Bill
Behar has always dismissed Bill Clinton’s activities very cavalierly.
We can go back to a show that aired in January 2016, when Behar was discussing Bill Clinton’s impact on the election.
Behar maintained Hillary Clinton had a dilemma because her husband had been violent with women.
Co-host Whoopi Goldberg fired back, saying, “He’s not perpetrated violence against women.”
Behar went on to say there were allegations.
Whoopi responded, “That’s right, allegations.”
The panel went on to debate it, with Behar ultimately saying that whatever it was that Bill did, it had nothing at all to do with Hillary.
She further went on to say that regardless of what he did or did not do, if he was going to vote for something she believed in, that is the person she would vote for.
Behar specifically stated, “People have to understand, it’s policy. Teddy Kennedy. Remember Chappaquiddick? Am I the oldest person in the room? Chappaquiddick.  I mean, a girl drowns and he abandons her and she drowned and women still voted for Teddy Kennedy. Why? Because he voted for women’s rights. That’s why. That’s the bottom line of it in my opinion. I mean, I don’t like either one of them, to tell you the truth, Teddy or Bill. They’re both dogs as far as I’m concerned. But I still will vote for Bill Clinton because he votes in my favor.”
So much for #MeToo!

How Things Change

Fast forward to 2019 and neither Whoopi or Behar are taking the same position.
Both have tried and convicted men on the right side of the aisle, including President Donald Trump, for crimes that are alleged, not proven.
In other words, once again, both Whoopi and Behar are proving they are hypocrites.
It also goes to show people on the left truly have no morals.
Behar is, in essence, willing to see a rapist in the White House as long as her pro-abortion interests are taken care of. Sad!

FBI LAWYER: ‘NOT TYPICALLY APPROPRIATE’ FOR HILLARY’S AIDES TO ATTEND HER FBI INTERVIEW
Chuck Ross | Reporter

\Lisa Page, a former top attorney at the FBI, told Congress she believed it was neither appropriate nor necessary for two of Hillary Clinton’s aides to accompany the former secretary of state in an interview she gave as part of the email investigation.

“I would agree with you that it is not typically appropriate or operationally necessary to have fact witnesses attend the interview,” Page told lawmakers during a closed-door interview in July 2018, highlights of which were published by The Epoch Times on Friday.
Page was answering questions about the FBI’s handling of the investigation into whether Clinton mishandled classified information by using a private email server while at the State Department. Clinton was interviewed by the FBI as part of the investigation on July 2, 2016, three days before then-FBI Director James Comey announced he would be recommending that Clinton be charged in the case.

Clinton was flanked by a team of attorneys in the interview, including Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson.
Both lawyers were also witnesses in the FBI’s probe, having been interviewed multiple times separately by FBI agents about their handling of Clinton’s classified emails.
As Clinton’s chief of staff at the State Department, Mills was both sender and recipient of numerous classified emails that landed on Clinton’s private email server. Samuelson conducted the review of Clinton’s server that determined which emails Clinton would turn over to the State Department.
Page, who served as counsel to former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, testified that Justice Department officials approved Mills and Samuelson’s attendance in the Clinton interview against the wishes of the FBI.
Page also detailed an internal debate over how to obtain laptops that Mills and Samuelson used to sort through Clinton’s emails.
“There were, I think, months of disagreement with respect to obtaining the Mills and Samuelson laptops,” Page testified, according to The Epoch Times.
“We, the FBI, felt very strongly that we had to acquire and attempt to review the content of the Mills and Samuelson laptops because, to the extent the other 30,000 existed anywhere, that is the best place that they may have existed.” Mills and Samuelson were eventually granted immunity as part of a negotiation to obtain the laptops.
“Having done this for many, many years, a grand jury subpoena for a lawyer’s laptop would have likely entangled us in litigation over privilege for a very long time,” then-FBI Director James Comey said during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on Sept. 27, 2016.
“And so by June of this year I wanted that laptop, our investigators wanted that laptop, and the best way to get it was through negotiation,” he added.

Former Clinton Adviser Admits: FBI’s Trump-Russia Investigation Shows Deep State was Worse Than We Thought

Former Clinton Adviser Admits: FBI’s Trump-Russia Investigation Shows Deep State was Worse Than We Thought
New York Times: FBI opened counterintelligence probe on Trump to investigate potential of him working with Russia

I guess no one in the FBI ever watched “The Apprentice.” It was only the number-one rated show in the country.  In it, Donald Trump, more than any other person in the world, made famous weekly the phrase “you’re fired.”

Consequently when Donald Trump abruptly fired FBI Director James Comey, exercising the authority he believed he had as president of the United States, he was taking the very action he made famous. It wasn’t out of character for him but in character, as he has been throughout his administration.  If anything, it’s hard to find anyone who has not been fired or threatened with firing. It’s what he does.

Affordable hearing aids that cover a wide range of hearing loss. The HCX is a digital, behind-the-ear, FDA registered hearing aid with a 30-day Risk Free Trial period....

Now, let’s review some of the actions of the FBI director. Many of these actions were clear at the time; others we know only now. What we have learned since underscores that the president’s firing of Comey was more than justified, and the actions of Comey’s staff and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to trigger the most extensive investigation in history of a campaign, an administration and a president appear to be wholly without justification – and were based instead on politically inspired emotion and hysteria.

REPUBLICAN UNCOVERED SECRET FBI DEBATE OVER TRUMP MOTIVATION FOR COMEY FIRING DURING HOUSE QUESTIONING

James Comey initiated his relations with Trump by holding a one-on-one meeting at which he detailed the allegations of the Steele dossier without disclosing its source. Almost immediately the contents of the dossier leaked out to press, also without the source or verification. Comey publicly confirmed there was an investigation of the administration and yet refused to confirm that the president was not a target of the investigation while he repeatedly told the president that was the case.

We then learned through Comey’s congressional testimony that he decided to take it upon himself to clear Hillary Clinton on her email controversy, and that the memo clearing her was drafted months in advance of much of the actual investigating. Once he believed the attorney general was compromised, as he testified, he should have asked for an independent counsel. Instead he exceeded his role and authority, politicizing the FBI in the process.

His testimony was enough to get Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions to endorse Comey’s firing in writing, citing his complete lack of professionalism.

Now, in the year since, we have learned new information that buttresses the case for his firing.

Somehow every clear security breach in the Clinton camp was no big deal, while every fourth-hand contact with someone who could possibly be linked to Russia was evidence that Donald Trump was secretly serving as a Russian agent.

First, Comey’s tweets and comments reveal that he despised Trump, and so the self-serving memos he was making and then leaking about his every contact with the president were likely part of an effort to build a case against Trump. We learned that the FBI was wiretapping a number of Trump campaign officials largely on the basis of the Steele dossier. We learned that the dossier was authored by an operative who hated Trump and paid for by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign via hidden payments to their law firm. And we learned that Comey sent FBI agents to question General Michael Flynn about perfectly legal conversations they already had transcripts of, without following White House protocol, in a deliberate effort to entrap him.

On top of all of this, the Carter Page warrants flat-out state that the FBI had long before “concluded” the Trump campaign was working with the Russians.

Somehow every clear security breach in the Clinton camp – like an aide’s classified mail on the laptop of a sex offender or huge payments and contributions from Russian-connected sources – was no big deal, while every fourth-hand contact with someone who could possibly be linked to Russia was evidence that Donald Trump was secretly serving as a Russian agent.

How utterly ridiculous. I didn’t support Donald Trump, and there are lots of things he does I don’t support. But the idea that he was the Manchurian candidate working for the Russians when he ran on an America First platform is patently ridiculous.

What this chain of actions supports is that there is a deep state — a group of unelected officials who now wield power far beyond their constitutional authority – who believe, like Comey, that they know best. In this case it was aided by Obama administration holdovers who never accepted the outcome of the election and sought to prevent it and later reverse it.

It’s clear the same kind of retribution is going on in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) following Trump’s firing of U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara. The recent indictment of a Russian lawyer, over statements in a civil case that she did not disclose her part in securing a document from a Russian prosecutor, shows the length that these prosecutors will go to using selective prosecution as a tool for making a case against Trump.

Like the guilty pleas to non-existent campaign violations in the Michael Cohen case, this indictment seeks to stretch the law. Never mind that this same Russian lawyer had dossier-pushing Fusion GPS as her client and dined with dossier maestro Glen Simpson the day before and after the now-infamous Trump Tower meeting. Simpson says he didn't really talk to her, so ... well, never mind.

Yes, there absolutely were some Russians trying to create confusion with the American electorate. In 1996, the Chinese poured many millions of dollars into the Bill Clinton campaign to curry favor. These governments and their would-be hangers on do try to ingratiate themselves with campaigns and take disruptive actions, just as we do.

But this is entirely different from believing that the president of the United States has sold out his country and that the FBI should be investigating — to the extent of even possibly wearing a wire — a White House because their boss was fired. A boss that, by the way, was then replaced by a distinguished career official, meaning no actual investigations of any kind were ever in jeopardy in any way.

Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., said it best in an interview: “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”

That’s right. Dumb is apparently believing you can heap scorn on the intelligence community that brought you the Iraq war and backed the idea that ISIS was not an existential threat.

Dumb appears to be believing that as president, you can change foreign policy to try to reset Russian relations that had deteriorated under your predecessor, President Obama. Or that you can fire hostile, self-serving members in the Justice Department or FBI.

The response by the FBI and DOJ to Trump’s election was unprecedented, and while almost all of those behind these various actions have been exposed, fired, quit or retired, the Mueller independent counsel and SDNY investigations remain as the “insurance policies” set up to keep up the effort to remove the president for … something.

At least we are learning how this all really started, even as the answers continue to grow ever more unsettling.

Democrat Rashida Tlaib Recites ‘Muslim Victory Call – War Cry of Allah’ in Radical Speech at CAIR Reception

Cristina Laila by Cristina Laila

Newly-elected foul-mouthed Muslim Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) gave a radical speech and declared the ‘war cry of Allah’ at a reception for terror-tied CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) on Thursday.

Rashida Tlaib immediately declared victory for Allah after she walked up to the lectern to deliver her speech.

After greeting the crowd in Arabic, Rashida Tlaib said, “Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim,” which means, “In the name of Allah, the merciful, the compassionate.”

This very phrase begins every chapter in the Quran except one and is seen as a Muslim war cry.

In fact, this is the very same phrase Bowe Bergdahl’s father said in front of the White House in 2014 after Obama traded Taliban terrorists in exchange for traitor Bergdahl.

Back in 2014, Brigitte Gabriel of Act for America told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that this phrase declares the greatness of Allah over the land, calling it a “war cry of Allah” and a Muslim victory call.

Muslims often try to downplay this victory war cry as an ordinary everyday prayer, however it is seen as a ‘war cry of Allah’ by hardliners.

Rashida Tlaib also invoked Mohammed, the founder of Islam, saying “Mohammed was all about justice. He was all about pushing up against all of the things that you see from slavery from what we see now, if he was here today, he would be stronger and stronger and pushing up against the kind of injustice that we see coming out of the White House.”

WOW.

Rashida Tlaib spoke for 7 minutes, speaking in both English and Arabic and not once did she say the word “American.”

Tlaib did however, say the words “Muslim,” “Islam” and “Palestinian” several times. The only time she said “The United States” was when she trashed President Trump.

Democrat Palestinian-American Rashida Tlaib was draped in a Palestinian flag as she celebrated her primary victory with supporters in August.

Video taken of Tlaib’s victory speech for the August 7th primary showed an emotional Tlaib being embraced by her Palestinian mother,Fatima Elabed, who took the flag off her daughter and draped it on her own shoulders.

No American flag was seen in video taken of Tlaib’s speech in August.

Tlaib also went on a profane impeachment tirade the day she was sworn into office on a Quran, calling President Trump a “motherf*cker!”

G'day...iao…
