Remembering Bruno Agnès (Carnet de Bru)

The sad news came at the end of last week: Bruno Agnès, known by many of us as Carnet de Bru, left us unexpectedly on July 6, 2017, as he was preparing with his wife Isabelle to start a new chapter in their lives in a new city and a new home.

The USk France community is shocked, for Bruno was a major figure in the movement, having spent time as a longtime administrator of the French chapter and an international correspondent for the USk Blog.

With this post, we wish to pay him an emotional tribute and express our gratitude to him. With talent and good humor, he was able to accompany the first steps of the Urban Sketchers community in France and set a tone of which there will undoubtedly always remain a trace. He was present from the start and left his mark in each of those who had the chance to rub shoulders with him personally.

USk France has created an album of sketches and photos on their Facebook page to which everyone is invited to add their contribution if they wish to do so.
