Symposium day 3: many workshops

[By Vincent Desplanche Symposium 2017 Correspondent, USkChicago2017, USA][Chicago]
Friday is a very busy day for correspondents. We have to document six workshops and 2 lectures. No doubt we won't be able to go to the Pritzker Pavilion to listen to Mozart in the evening.
After meeting on the Congress Plaza once again, the workshops spread into the downtown and parks.
Yesterday I couldn't find Kiah Kiean and his group in the park due to a last minute change of location.
I got them this morning ar the very interesting indoor slideshow and tools presentation.
The day was just beginning and I had many more places to go and moments to document.
On the riverwalk, Umberto Torricelli from Italy, was expecting a narrative way of sketching by making some kind of postcards.
Just across the river, on Ama Plaza, Uma Kelkar (from India but based in the US) was sharing her subtile art of managing the light and composition.
In the afternoon, Norberto Dorentes from Bueno Aires put sketchers upside down.
Laying down and looking up to towers top, or watching down the green stream of the river.

In the same area, Marion Rivolier (from Paris) wanted people to reach the sky with large strokes of vivid cold and warm colors.

Just beside, Jane Blundell from Australia was courageously struggling against the noise of the cruise ships boarding passengers.
The day isn't done, it's time to get to the hub now to attend to the lectures of the day.
Rita Sabler from Portland Or. who tells us about protest sketching
and Hugo Costa from Portugal, very happy to present his 2000 sketches.
