Thank you Chicago!

[By Paul Wang in Chicago] Finally I am fully recovered from my trip to Chicago and New York City. Thank you Chicago for the wonderful symposium experience. Big thank you to the local team for your hard work too. So glad to meet up with old and new friends during the symposium. My sketching family keeps growing bigger and bigger each year. I am already looking forward to next year's symposium in Porto!

This year my workshop is entitled "SKETCHING DANGEROUSLY - Turning happy mistakes into expressive movement". It is all about changing our point of view when something unplanned and accidental happens on paper and in our sketchbook. My workshop location was next to the iconic L-line train track. You can imagine the train noise every few minutes. Despite the crazy traffic, it was fun and very satisfying to see my workshop participants sketching more confidently and most of all we had lots of fun making a creative mess.
