DHS Releases Bombshell Report on Asylum Fraud

DHS Releases Bombshell Report on Asylum Fraud
The liberal media is downplaying the threat at the southern border and using emotional stories about families being separated at the border to bolster their cause. The Department of Homeland Security recently released a report to challenge this narrative by showing the incredible amount of fraud occurring at the border.
According to The Daily Wire:
The Department of Homeland Security revealed Tuesday that the threat of "fake families" declaring asylum together at the United States' southern border is no joke; more than 150 illegal immigrant "families" have used non-familial children or adults to attempt to convince border patrol agents to allow them to remain in the country.

The Daily Caller reports that "there has been a 110 percent increase in male adults showing up at the border with children. Further, DHS separated 507 illegal immigrants between April 19 and September 30 because they fraudulently claimed they were part of a family unit."

Customs and Border Patrol separated 170 "families" for being unable to prove any family relationship. In 139 of those cases, children were removed from the custody of unfamiliar adults. In other cases, "families" were separated after Border Patrol agents discovered that a person claiming to be a child was actually older than 18.

DHS blames the rise squarely on the Flores case, a Clinton-era court ruling which prevents illegal immigrant children from being held in custody while they await an asylum hearing, allowing children and their parents to, instead, remain in a residential setting inside the U.S. until they're up for assessment.

The immigrants are exploiting a loophole in the system. By bringing children, regardless of relation, they will be released into the interior of the United States while the validity of their claim is processed.

Pelosi: Trump’s ‘Bigoted Ban’ on Transgenders in the Armed Forces ‘Weakens Our Military Readiness’

(CNSNews.com) - House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) put out a statement on Saturday criticizing President Donald Trump’s move to ask the Supreme Court to uphold his ban on some transgenders serving in the military and said that Trump’s ban “weakens our military readiness and our country.”
“This bigoted ban weakens our military readiness and our country, and shows this president’s stunning lack of loyalty to those who risk all to defend our freedoms,” Pelosi said.
U.S. District Courts in California, Washington state and the District of Columbia have issued injunctions blocking the Trump Defense Department’s policy from taking effect and the San Francisco-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit has already heard arguments in a case against the policy. On Friday, the U.S. Justice Department filed a petition for a writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court asking the court to take up the cases immediately.
Trump first announced the policy on July 26 ,2017.
“After consultation with my generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military," Trump said then. "Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgenders in the military would entail.”
In February 2018, following up on Trump’s statement, Defense Secretary James Mattis issued a Defense Department policy that allowed transgenders to serve in the military, as long as they served in their biological sex and did not suffer from a mental condition called “gender dysphoria.”
“Under the Mattis policy—as under the [Obama Defense Secretary Ash] Carter policy—transgender individuals without a history of gender dysphoria would be required to serve in their biological sex, whereas individuals with a history of gender dysphoria would be presumptively disqualified from service,” say the DOJ petition to the Supreme Court.
“Under the Mattis accession standards, individuals with a history of gender dysphoria would be permitted to join the military if they have not undergone gender transition, are willing and able to serve in their biological sex, and can show 36 months of stability (i.e. the absence of gender dysphoria) before joining,” says the petition.
“Under the Mattis retention standards, service-members who are diagnosed with gender dysphoria after entering the service would be permitted to continue serving if they do not seek to undergo gender transition, are willing and able to serve in their biological sex, and are able to meet applicable deployability requirements,” it says.
Here is Pelosi’s full statement on Trump’s decision to take the case to the Supreme Court:
“The President’s ban is a cruel and arbitrary decision designed to humiliate transgender Americans who have stepped forward to serve our country.
“This bigoted ban weakens our military readiness and our country, and shows this president’s stunning lack of loyalty to those who risk all to defend our freedoms.
“We will continue to fight this discriminatory action, which has no place in our country. House Democrats will never allow hate and prejudice to dictate our national security.”

Poll: Seven in 10 Mexicans Have ‘Negative’ View of Caravan

Seven in ten Mexicans reportedly have a negative view of Central American migrants in the caravan while majorities oppose giving migrants work visas and support tougher enforcement measures, according to a comprehensive poll conducted by one of Mexico’s biggest newspapers, El Universal.

NBC News on Monday evening reported the results of Sunday’s El Universal survey that found that a majority of Mexicans also support blocking migrants “from entering the country without legal documents” and another 55 percent support “tougher measures on future caravans.”
In addition, a majority of Mexicans (52%) also oppose President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s measure to provide work visas to the migrants. Lopez Obrador will take office on December 1.
On Sunday, the U.S. government closed the San Ysidro border crossing after migrants tried to storm their way into the United States while throwing rocks at Border Patrol officers, who had to use tear gas disperse the migrants.
Tensions have also flared in Tijuana and other parts of Mexico as Mexicans reportedly do not want Central American migrants causing crime, taking jobs, and receiving public services in their communities.
The Daily Beast reported last week that the thousands of migrants who have flooded into Tijuana have “generated a nationalist backlash from a segment of residents here that views the migrants as a threat to public safety, and as unwanted competition for jobs and public services.” The outlet reported that “seven migrants were arrested on charges of public disorder, including several for reportedly smoking marijuana on the beach.”
Tijuana’s mayor Juan Manuel Gastelum, who has also reportedly described the migrants as “violent, crude, and ‘mariguanos’ (‘stoners’),” has said his city is not equipped to handle the influx of of migrants. He has been seen in recent weeks wearing a red “Make Tijuana Great Again” cap along with some other residents.

NBC News reported that some Tijuana business owners and residents, angry that the migrants forced the border closing, on Sunday “came out with bats and sticks and threatened the migrants.”

John James for UN ambassador — why not?
by Tiana Lowe

President Trump is reportedly considering John James for United States ambassador to the United Nations. It's a shot in the dark, but it might not be a terrible idea.
Despite his total lack of real political experience, the recently defeated senatorial candidate has genuine star potential. He served in the military for nearly a decade, including in multiple tours of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and then embarked on a successful career as a businessman and job creator. At just 37 years old and with negligible party support, James lost to incumbent Senator Debbie Stabenow by just 6.5 points.
Plus, the Republican Party is currently starving for charisma, effective conservative messengers, and diversity. James is charming, inspirational, and eloquent, and of course he's black.
Trump lashes out at Mueller for 'screaming and shouting,' 'threatening' witnesses
Okay, the objective observer may note. Those are fine credentials for Congress, but for international diplomacy?
Well, just consider that perhaps experience is overrated. Samantha Power may have been one of the most qualified ambassadors in a generation, thanks to her groundbreaking and Pulitzer-winning book on genocide and experience in Obama's State Department. Yet her tenure was atrocious. Under her watch, the United States allowed Bashar Assad to massacre his own people, effectively gave Russia free rein over Crimea, and allowed attacks on Israel to escalate.
By comparison, Nikki Haley was relatively unqualified. She became ambassador with no real experience in foreign policy, and she's leaving the post with an enviable record of accomplishment that has many discussing her as a future presidential candidate.
These are anecdotal points of reference, sure, but considering the other people Trump could nominate, James doesn't seem like a terrible bet. Our ambassador to Germany, Richard Grenell, would also be a fine pick, but one with unnecessary political baggage, and Heather Nauert, the State Department spokeswoman whom Trump is reportedly also considering, has a record even thinner than James'.
Nauert used to host "Fox & Friends." James used to defend our country overseas.
Furthermore, it would be a wise investment for the Republican Party as a whole, assuming James doesn't bomb on the job. Representing American interests in the U.N. involves more broad political chess than the detail-driven statesmanship of the State Department. And as Haley demonstrated, true grit and convictions are more than enough to overcome limited foreign policy experience.
If James rode the momentum of Haley's successes and ending his own tenure on a high note, he would be perfectly positioned to enter the top echelons of the GOP, perhaps even aim for the presidency. It may seem far fetched, but we did once put a reality television star with no prior political experience in the White House. Today, anything is possible.

EXPOSED: NeoCon Bill Kristol Bankrolled by Soros-Linked Leftist Billionaire

Lately, Iraq War architect and neoconservative family prince Bill Kristol has been enjoying a career second wind as a “principled conservative” token of the left, receiving pure adulation from MSNBC liberals for denunciations of American nationalism and the Trump administration.
It seems Kristol’s political travel comes with a hefty financial incentive. In a report from American Greatness’ Julie Kelly, it was revealed that Kristol’s umbrella organization ‘Defending Democracy Together’ has received at least $600,000 from eBay founder and progressive billionaire sugar daddy Pierre Omidyar.
Omidyar is known as a prolific funder of Democratic and progressive organizations and causes. A 2014 report of the Media Research Center placed him on the highest tier elite liberal donors, comparable to “Michael Bloomberg, Warren Buffett, Pierre Omidyar, Tom Steyer, and Jonathan Soros.”
The latter is the son of the “charitable” kingpin, George Soros. Omidyar himself has donated extensively to Soros’ Open Society Foundations to the tunes of millions- meaning that Kristol, a supposed “conservative,” finds himself financially tied to Soros.
Kristol first came to prominence in the early 2000’s as a passionate advocate for global government, regime change and liberal internationalism. The adoption of his policy preferences would have terrible consequences for the United States, which was sucked into a disastrous war in Iraq on their false premises. Despite the costly human and geopolitical consequences, Kristol has never apologized or denounced his demands for war, and claimed as late as 2015 that the United States was “right to fight in Iraq.”
None of this has prevented Kristol from taking a spotlight on the progressive left as a prominent Trump critic, distracting from his policy record with a series of viral tweets and Russia conspiracy theories. He continues his advocacy for war, even brazenly calling for the United States to push for regime change in China, a nation with a population of 1.35 billion people.

Border Patrol Chief: 'Not a Single Migrant Climbed Over the New Border Wall'

(CNSNews.com) - "Our immigration systems has some holes in it," Rodney Scott, chief of the San Diego Border Patrol sector, told Fox News Monday night.
On Sunday, a crush of foreigners from Central America literally tore a hole in a scrap-metal border wall near San Diego in their attempt to cross illegally into the United States. The U.S. Border Patrol repelled the incursion with tear gas, arresting dozens of people,  including rock- and bottle-throwers, in the process.
"We've identified those (holes) for Congress," Scott told Fox News. "And long-term, I'm hoping that Congress steps up to the plate and fixes those to shut off the draw.
"But in the meantime, I'd like to point out that not a single migrant climbed over the new border wall. We have about eight miles of border wall completed here in San Diego -- unfortunately, that's not complete. So the military came over in the last several weeks to help us fortify different areas, but it's those weak areas where we have not upgraded the infrastructure that the migrants were able to breach."
At his campaign rally in Mississippi Monday night, President Donald Trump noted that "big sections" of his envisaged wall are going up, "but we want to finish the wall," the president said.
"We've got to get funding from Congress, and if this isn't the right time to get funding -- when you look at what's happening at the border -- there'll never be a right time, so we're going very strongly for funding for the wall."
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said that the fight for border wall funding -- which Democrats and some Republicans oppose -- would have to wait until after the midterm election, when Congress gets to work on funding the Department of Homeland Security for the next fiscal year.
That moment has now arrived.
President Trump wants at least $5 billion for the border wall; Democrats, at this point, are not willing to go any higher than $1.6 billion.
When it's finished, the new section of border wall near San Diego will replace about 14 miles of an 8- to 10-foot-high scrap metal wall with an 18- to 30-foot bollard-style wall topped off with an "anti-climbing plate," CBP announced earlier this year.
The San Diego Sector wall construction is one of Border Patrol’s top priority projects, CBP said, given that the San Ysidro port of entry is one of the busiest border crossings in the world, for both legal and illegal traffic.

Robert Mueller Walked Into A Trap That Sealed His Own Doom
muellerSpecial counsel Robert Mueller did his best to corner Donald Trump.

He hoped to provoke a massive legal fight that would lead to Trump’s downfall.
But instead he walked right into a trap that sealed his own doom.
Donald Trump Submits Written Answers To Robert Mueller’s Questions
Trump turned in written answers to Mueller’s questions about the Russian collusion hoax.
But he did not answer any questions regarding Mueller’s attempts to frame him for obstruction of justice.
And he does not plan to sit for an interview.
That would allow Mueller to spring a perjury trap that would end in Mueller subpoenaing the President to compel grand jury testimony.
Trump and his lawyers would fight that lawless attack on the Presidency all the way up to the Supreme Court.
But that strategy poses risks for Mueller.
If he loses, it will forever weaken the office of special counsel in future investigations.
And Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani told Axios in an exclusive interview exactly why Mueller was likely to lose.
“I don’t think he has any way to compel testimony on obstruction because the argument of executive privilege would be very, very strong. It all relates to a period of time after he was president.” Giuliani began.
He added that Mueller has other sources of information to get Trump’s explanations for his actions.
“[A]ny question he has on obstruction, … [t]he president has given [the answers] in interviews, tweets. Other witnesses have given it to him,” the President’s lawyer continued. “And the law definitely requires that if you’re going to subpoena a president, you have to show that you can’t get the information any place else.”
Trump’s Lawyer Gives Update On Collusion Hoax
Giuliani also told Axios that he believes Mueller has no evidence of Russian collusion.
“I don’t think they have any evidence of collusion of any kind. I think their obstruction case, as a legal matter, doesn’t exist.”
He told the liberal outlet that Mueller questioned Trump in two areas: Did Trump know ahead of time about the meeting between Donald Trump, Jr. and a group of Russians at Trump Tower in June 2016, and about Trump’s joke in July 2016 about the Russians finding Hillary Clinton’s 30,000 missing emails.
During a campaign rally, Trump had stated, “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 [Hillary Clinton] emails that are missing.”
The fake news media latched onto that obvious joke as “evidence” Trump colluded with the Russians.
Anyone watching at the time could tell Trump was joking.
But Mueller and his team of 17 angry Democrats used it as an excuse to ruin the lives of Trump allies and waste tens of millions of dollars investigating the President.
Trump and his supporters believe submitting written answers to Mueller will end the President’s part in this rigged witch hunt.
Between all of Trump’s interviews, tweets, public statements, and written answers, Mueller owns a complete picture of Trump’s thoughts and actions.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.

Obama Used Tear Gas At Least 80 Times at Border

Under the Obama Administration, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) law enforcement officials, including Border Patrol agents, utilized tear gas against migrants at or near the border at least 80 times between FY2012 and early FY2017.

CBP officials reported the use of tear gas and pepper spray to push back “assaultive” caravan migrants attempting to enter the U.S. illegally on Sunday. The agency began using these particular sprays during the Obama administration in 2010.
Breitbart News confirmed the CBP began using tear gas (2-chlorobenzylidene malononitrile – CS) in 2010, though the available usage data initiates in FY2012.

The agency also reportedly began using pepper spray (Pava Capasaicin) at about the same time.

“CBP takes Sunday’s employment of use-of-force very seriously. CBP reviews and evaluates all uses of force incidents to ensure compliance with policy,” a CBP spokesman told Breitbart News in response to an inquiry. “Over 1,000 individuals who were part of the so-called caravan attempted to cross illegally into the U.S. by breaching sections of the fence and using vehicle lanes in and near the San Ysidro Port of Entry. This group ignored law enforcement agencies in Mexico and assaulted U.S. Federal Officers and Agents assigned to respond to the situation in San Diego.”
“As a response to the assaults and to defuse this dangerous situation, trained CBP personnel employed less-lethal devices to stop the actions of assaultive individuals attempting to break into the U.S.,” the spokesman continued. “CBP has been preparing for weeks for events like the one on Sunday. We have seen the use of violence by members of this so-called caravan who have attacked law enforcement personnel in Guatemala, Mexico and now the U.S. CBP will consider using all approved and available resources to protect travelers, caravan members, and our agents and officers.”
The CBP use of force reports show CS tear gas used 126 times since 2012. Officials utilized pepper spray a total of 540 times during that same period.
The current CBP Use of Force Policy handbook (dated May 2014) requires all officers and agents to be trained in the use of all weapons utilized in operations, including less than lethal devices, such as these types of sprays. It also requires the officers and agents to be exposed to the sprays as part of the course of instruction.
During a telephone conference call with news media on Monday, CBP Commissioner Kevin K. McAleenan said, “Yesterday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents and officers in San Diego effectively managed an extremely dangerous situation involving over 1,000 individuals who sought to enter the U.S. unlawfully in large groups. They did so safely and without any reported serious injuries on either side of the border.”
“As we’ve articulated for several weeks, we have been concerned about the size of the caravan, its primarily single-adult composition, and the aggressive and assaultive behavior at both the Honduras-Guatemala border and the Guatemala-Mexico border,” the commissioner continued. “U.S. government officials have noted the presence of criminals in the group, and the Government of Mexico has arrested over 1,000 caravan members for criminal violations in Mexico.”
“In the course of these events, individuals engaged in active assaults, throwing dozens of projectiles at CBP law enforcement personnel,” McAleenan explained. “Our Border Patrol agents were able to counter this activity, address the attempted group entry, and resolve the assaults with presence and less-lethal device deployments. Elements of the group then staged west of the port of entry and sought to press into the United States in the area of the Tijuana River channel. This group again became assaultive, with rocks and other projectiles thrown at our agents. Again, four agents were struck by projectiles in these assaults.”
Despite media reports to the contrary, CBP officers and agents operating under the Trump Administration responded the same way they did during the Obama Administration when, in 2013, migrants rushed the same stretch of border, Breitbart News’ Neil Munro reported.
Democrat congressional leaders and Hollywood activists teamed up to condemn the Trump Administration’s use of force in defending the border but ignored President Obama’s prior, identical response.
Pop star Rihanna accused the Trump Administration of “terrorism” for spraying tear gas at the border. Others called for the president’s impeachment over the clash.
Representative-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) said the migrant caravan members are like the Jews fleeing the Holocaust, while Vermont Senator and possible 2020 presidential candidate Bernie Sanders called President Trump’s use of force “authoritarian.”
